PHYLLIS M. | Overall ExperienceDealing with uhaul customer service was a HORRIBLE experience. The scheduling manager was beyond insensitive and rude. The site location did not put the dolly I rented in the truck which was a HUGE inconvenience to my move and movers. Never again will I go through uhaul. Nolan with customer service was amazing and better service than the supervisor.

LAWRENCE S.I was sent out to hook up the trailer myself which is fine if it were on a jack. It was laying on the ground so it was way too heavy to lift. I had to call my husband to come assist me. The girl working didn't offer any assistance.

Richard S.Since I dropped off after hours, it was a bit unclear as to where I should park the vehicle. It seemed no matter where I put it, it would be blocking customer parking. Some signs or indications would be helpful.

Michael M.I had difficulty with using online process for returning. Was able to leave voice mail and leave key in drop box which was preferable.
Eunice D.Nobody knew how to attach the vehicle transport to the truck. Good thing I did. Also, there was a Taco Bell bag behind the driver's seat. The following doesn't reflect on this location, but on U-Haul in general. As always, the equipment didn't work well with our vehicle. I had to open the rear hatch door of our SUV to exit the vehicle after driving onto the vehicle transport because I couldn't open the doors. When we had a Camry, the dolly snagged and broke the bumper. Please don't claim your equipment is compatible with my vehicle when, in reality, it is not.

larry H.Pickup location staff were fine, the problem lies with the corporate members I booked the van and auto transport with. She tells you everything you want to hear regarding the price and the when you get to the pickup location the price has gone up by $80. I was told drop off location would be confirmed when picking up. They confirmed the pickup was a four hour round trip from my destination. After pointing out how ridiculous that is, the branch assistant changed it to the branch that is less than 5 miles away.
Neil J.Rented this storage for over a year and always found staff to be friendly and helpful. They also made it super easy to make my payments and always sent rent reminder emails, which I appreciated.
KIRBY W. | Overall ExperienceThe only issue I had with this rental is the fact that I had to hook up this large trailer without any help . The parking lot was icy and I had to find a concrete block to put under the tongue of the trailer after I lifted it up. Then back in and lift it up the rest of the way to get it attached. Luckily I knew how to hook up a trailer so all went well except for a pinched finger. The office staff were very nice when I checked in. They might just want to have someone there to help with hook up.Thank you I will use them again.

JASON B. | Overall Experience1 800 Uhaul calls way to often. When I booked I told them I would pick up late afternoon. You scheduled it at 9am and when I didn't show up on "your" time I was called and even told that if I didn't come within the hour that my reservation would be deleted.

No fault of the location people. They offered us something in replacement but we had to have a ramp for a motorcycle transport. Corporate either needs to update website or leave the trailers alone.

raymond B.On line return would not allow me to upload a picture. Called customer service it took over 20 minutes for a person to answer. He was very helpful and polite. The online return was useless and 20 minutes of have you completed your customer service survey was ridiculous.
