It's nearly impossible to upload pictures when required. The pick up and return process is an absolute hassle and more complicated than necessary.

Mary D.The contract showed and the representative informed me that the tank was at 3/4 full, and that I had to return it with that much gas in it. It was only until I left that I noticed that the gas tank was actually only 1/2 full. I didn't care enough to drive back or notify them otherwise, however I would prefer if the reading was correct the next time.

Corporate should really allow at least an hour between reservations for circumstances like this. It was very frustrating for us seeing as how we were locked into a closing time and needed everything to go according to plan.
Melinda C.Please add the design coupler height in your on-line dimensions of trailers. That makes it easy to have the correct ball height before a customer starts; even a range of ball heights unloaded would be appreciated. I had to purchase an 8" drop because it did not appear my 6" drop ball would be enough for a 2019 Ascent. I have to take the 8" drop back to the store.

HELEN R.The location I actually picked up from was friendly and nice and helpful. I had a reservation for the location 4 miles from my house on Wade Hampton. The GM there was rude and for the 3rd time in the last year or so that I have attempted to pick up equipment from the Wade Hampton location with my reservation it was not there. They blamed the “uhaul†system. The GM was not helpful she walked away to move vehicles and after telling me I had to drive 10 miles to the location. I had to drive over 20 miles and 30 minutes to the location. She didn't attempt to help and was very rude. This is the 3rd bad experience at this location. I have been told at the other locations that the Wade Hampton location never does things right. In this case I had a emailed reservation that said it was for this location. If it changes I should get an email call etc. I got none. Uhaul eased my time and gas once again. The way I was treated as a customer was horrendous at the Wade Hampton location. The Lyman uhaul was pleasant and helpful. The reservation system is horrible at uhaul and communication is even worse. The guy at the location said it happens all the time. Nothing works right. Said a lady last week was sent to a location for a truck and trailer and they didn't have the truck and had to drive 30 minutes to his place to get the equipment. Your staff say your reservation system stinks and does not work. I am over using uhaul at this point and will do my best to avoid your company in the future. No respect for your guest. Unhelpful lazy staff and managers at the Wade Hampton location make the experience ridiculous. Don't even attempt to accommodate or help. This location was helpful. Wish I could specifically rate just that location.
Brent W.This was not my scheduled location. We arrived at the Gap Creek Rd location to be told there was nobody available to check it in and frankly had no idea when that person would be back. This is the second time u-haul has done this to us and the second time C&C has bailed you out. Excellent work C&C. Poor job I-haul!!!
