The truck that i drove, it was fine, but it needs an alignment. The steering wheel is turned to the left while driving straight and it seemed to pull to the right a little bit. It wasnt anything crazy but you might wanna get it checked for an alignment. Everything else was pretty alright with the truck itself

HOWARD KEquipment wasn't it location requested. I had too go out of my way to pick up and addition 10 miles. Which becomes 20 on a round trip. If the location is requested didn't have the equipment in wanted, it shouldn't have been provided as an option. But it was. This is deceptive and probably why I wont be using your services again. Bad business practice.

JUSTIN HTrailer lights didn’t work. An i got pulled over by an got a warning about my trailer lights not working. An it delayed my time getting back to Colorado for work. So I had road side assistant come out an then the truck lights went out. The truck had a really hard time hauling the trailer.
Jeremy MI originally requested this location only to have it changed to an area that honestly I wouldnt send my worst enemy to. I called and tried getting switched back to my original location, since they had 2 trucks that would suit my needs, and your rude and incompetent operator tried arguing with me and refused to listen to my, the one paying you money, needs. Luckily the guy at C&A motors saw how upset I was and he took care of me. I don't appreciate people that I am paying money to to be rude to me and refuse to listen to a simple request. As I told the rude guy on the phone I will not be using your services again because, apparently, you forgot that the customer is always right and my need for a closer to my work site request was not an unreasonable request. You are not the only service out there ..... Start acting like it.
