Vehicle was well maintained and in good condition. However, U-Haul could not fill my order at my preferred pickup location, then charges me $1.00/mile plus tax and fees for the extra 110 miles I had to drive from the only other location that had the size vehicle I needed. The vehicle showed available on the website at my preferred location when I booked my rental. Customers should not be punished for U-Haul's inability to fill an order properly.

Amanda LI made my reservation two weeks in advance. Two days before pickup, I received a text stating my reservation couldn't be fulfilled at this location. I had to drive 85 miles one way, a day early, to pickup the truck and when I did, the two dollies I paid for weren't there. Luckily the original location gave me the dollies but they weren't happy about it. She said that she was basically giving the dollies away and she wouldn't get them back.

Brooke HThe entire process of getting the truck was ridiculous. I made a reservation for this size truck on May 6. On June 16, 2 days before the move, I was called and told there were 0 trucks in my area. ZERO. But they were going to charge us the extra mileage for THEIR mistake! My dad called and got them to waive it because it wasn't our fault and they should have offered to take the responsibility for it to begin with. I wasn't the individual picking up the truck at this location so I can't vouch for anything.

David SThe drop off location was horrible. Rod Adcock was rude as anyone I have ever met in my life. He started with an attitude because we were late, which was news to me, nobody told us when we picked up that it had to be in Canadian by 7AM nor did they tell us we had to sweep it or that the moving blankets were rental. So Rod was rude to my wife and I because apparently some else wanted to rent this truck and he told her that he tried calling my cell phone multiple times, I never received one phone call. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to visit the pickup location a second time to let them know they had the wrong number twice and they still didn't change it! Trying to charge me 180 for moving blankets is bull, Rod never even asked he was too busy on the phone! So we tool the moving blankets after you emailed the recipet and I noticed the big charge! I specifically asked Rod is any thing wrong and do you need anything else before I left, he said no you don't need to wait!

Raquel GI would have rated this excellene if not for the 1st call made by b mmt grandson. The 1st young man my grandson spoke with was very unhelpful, he just told my grandson it's all online you have to go put everything in. However, when I called I guess I got someone else and he was extremely helpful and very customer focused. I assume it's a training issue with the 1st young man and maybe he was new, I'm not sure. Everything did turn out great, the man that helped us in the end was fantastic. Thank you Rod for your help.

Randy HWhen I picked the truck up, it had mud and leaves in the cab and grass and leaves in the back of the truck so when I returned the truck, the place I dropped it off charged me a $35.00 cleaning fee. The truck was parked on a dirt bank with broken glass and I was concerned I would get a flat on my trip. I also made a reservation for pick up at 8:00 am and the place was closed. It took me until 1:pm to get it changed to a 24/7 pick up and after an hour of the videos, phone calls, was I finally able to get in the truck. My experience was awful, stressful and I will not be using them again.
Monica SI tried out the website the night before to check the price. The next morning when I was ready to reserve the trailer, the website would not let me complete the procedure. Then I got to the rental place and his price was about twice what the website had quoted. Turns out I was a few minutes early from the pickup time so it was charging me for two days rather than the one I wanted.
