I asked for a different location when I was reserving and ended up at Campbell's. Other than that there was no issues.

I didn't get a call the day before. The off hours pickup wasn't activated and I had to wait on hold 35 minutes for customer service to allow me to go through the check in process. Customer service rep was very friendly and helpful.

We rented a tow dolly yesterday from our neighborhood uhaul supplier. We needed the Dolly to transport a vehicle obviously, we got back to the house which we live literally four blocks away from the rental dealership when we got back to the house our vehicle which we were going to tow would not start so we immediately called the dealership and said we couldn't use the dolly brought it back and they pretty much said that we did use it and we did haul something and once it leaves the lot they can't do anything about it. We are highly dissatisfied with U-Haul we have used U-Haul for over 20 years plus obviously we did not all of vehicle within 15 minutes20 minutes of renting the dolly plus my wife calling in Stadium or in our driveway it doesn't work. We were told we could contact the rep which intern told us pretty much the same thing that we probably used it so we really appreciate being called liars I run a small business and I would never treat anybody like this

I am glad I chose this address to make my pickup off equipment. I was greeted by the owner upon arrival and in just a short few minutes I had my trailer hooked, wired, and ready to go. That's what years in the business does for customers. You will feel confident with the equipment choice you have made as soon as you arrive. Highly recommend this as your choice of pickup or drop-off point.

Make sure all the lights work on and in the truck. Especially the cargo area. Explaining the truck to a first time renter would of been greatly appreciated. Also would be great if the cup holders didnt have goo in them. That was gross.

The trailer ratcheting tie downs where dirty to the point that it made them difficult to operate. The service center where the trailer is located from does not abide by the state COVID-19 mask mandate and doesn't offer full "curb side" (outdoor) service.

I thought the service at the location was fine. The issue I had was with Uhaul's inability to process my contract. I arrived at my pick up time (9:30AM EDT) and the website was down.The agent called Uhaul and was told he could not do anything util the website was back up and they did not know how long the outage would last. The agent at Campbell's took my phone number and said he would call to let me know when the website was working again so I left to run errands. I called the Uhaul customer service number. Waited over 30 minutes to get through and the individual I spoke to confirmed the website was still down. She had no idea when it would be operational. After 2 hours I finally went back to Campbell Service,even though I never received a call telling me they could process my contact. It was too late to make other arrangements so I took the chance the website was working. At 11:30AM I was able to get my contract processed and take the rental vehicle. This was very frustrating. Both myself and my daughter took a day off of work to move her only to be frustrated by Uhaul's lack of communication and inability to have a back up plan. I don'y fault Campbells whatsoever in this situation as they were at the mercy of Uhaul's inability to meet it's customer and dealer needs.

Make getting the truck a easier process online. Took a very long time to get the truck. But drop off was easy.

Experience was terrible. Not happy what so ever! The lady I scheduled service with said the location was open 9:00am Saturday. When we arrived to pick up the location was closed. Did not know what to do until after calling another store. The check in online was a joke! Took us almost 2 hours to get our truck due to the inconvenience. We were also supposed to receive a dolly with the truck and it did not come with. We were exhausted before even moving.

I made a reservation online for a U-Haul truck for 12/31/2018 and received a confirmation email. But on 12/31/2018 when I went to get the truck, the shop was closed for the holiday. I found Campbell's Service online and rushed over to their location. Even though their truck rental department was closed for the holiday, they set us up with a truck and we were able to continue with moving. They saved the day!

There was a glitch in the computer system which didn't allow Campbell's to open the reservation which I'd placed at the National call in system. Very unfortunate for them to have to work through the issue and me to have to wait the 15 minutes extra since I was in a time crunch.

Super easy and convenient to pick-up using my phone. Just follow the steps and you're on your way. I was unsure if I was supposed to put gas in the tank. I thought it was included with purchase @ $0.99/mile. It wasn't until I was sitting in the lot, following steps to return the vehicle, truck off, that I was informed of a fuel surcharge if fuel used was not replenished. This resulted in an $18 fuel surcharge for 22 miles use. I found this a little steep, otherwise very satisfied.

When I dropped the trailer at the Apple Drive, Muskegon, MI location, it was in a slightly sketchy neighborhood. I then tried to use the UHaul app to check my trailer back in, but the app wouldn't work. I then called UHaul and was on hold for over 30 minutes, because, according to the recording, "Our operators are currently offering outstanding service to other customers" or some such drivel. So, the next day, I called in to make sure that my trailer got checked in, and spoke with a fairly snotty associate who wanted to "Axe" me a "quession". She said that the store hadn't opened up yet, and that I should call back later. After explaining some of my frustrations with the trailer check in system, I asked her if she could just call for me and then call me back to let me know that everything was OK, and she said that she couldn't do that. I said that I have now spent far too much time on trying to check on the checking in of my trailer, and ended the call. Let's all just hope and assume that my trailer got checked in . . . All things considered, the rental of a trailer for three days for under $100 including insurance is a fabulous value, but the system could certainly be improved. Thank you for listening.

Mirror did not work, tire tread came off 8 miles from destination, blowing a hole in the lower back panel of the passenger side. Interior had coffee spilled all over the console and passenger door. Gum wrappers stuffed into the console. The coffee and crud in the cab Is minor compared to the threat to life and limb because of the tires. The staff was great but the truck should never have released this truck to the public.
