The rental staff were excellent and friendly. They may want to tell renters that the tow/haul mode has to be proactively disengaged each time the truck is started. There is a sticker with instructions but a reminder would be good.

was not clean at all when I picked it up, Took me 45 mins dealing with individual at Campbell variety to finally get the keys, The gas gauge was way lower then what it had on record or said I started with, I was ripped off, and also charged twice for taxes, over all worst experience I could had, will not be giving Uhaul any future business

Under present COVID situation, it's important equipment is sanitized after return (Handles, steering wheel, radio buttons etc) Have sign placed on steering wheel, truck sanitized. This should provide confidence to customer This is for all Uhal locations not specific to this location alone.

The uhaul was leaking gas or oil. I took photos and called to explain PRIOR to my move. The whole drive the interior smelled of burnt oil for the duration of my trip. I also rented 24 blankets and a dolly. I didn't even use the blankets.

Only complaint I have would be I rented it online for 730 I got there the guy opening the store was a little bit late and was not happy that I came that early he said he would suggest that I would've came at 8 o'clock so maybe the website should be changed till 8 o'clock and not give me the option of 730

Very easy to check-in online, and the service I received at the pick-up location was excellent. The store clerk was very welcoming and addressed my initial concerns immediately. I will absolutely rent from this location again given how convenient the process was and how courteous the store clerk was.

Double check the gas level before driving away. They mark it above actual level level so every customer pays more for gas than how much used.

i have always rented at this location but this time the truck was dirty on inside the front right tire light was in to put air in it the service engine light was in made for a in easy moving night customer service was good truck was horrible not worth the money

The truck wasn't clean so I had to sweep it. When I started loading I noticed that the ramp could not be engaged properly. It was stuck inside and was completely useless to me the entire time. When I called the location to let them know that I had not damaged the ramp, I was offered a replacement truck. Unfortunately I had no time to go back and feel like it should have been checked prior to my renting it.

I booked at 15 foot truck a month before however when I got to the store on the day of my reservation they said the truck was not available and the only thing that was available was a 10-foot truck. I made the reservation for the 15-foot truck a month ago as well as hired the people I needed for moving, but nobody called or emailed me to inform me that the truck was not available. Due to this I had to make multiple trips for the move as well as pay extra for the moving guys that I hired. This was a terrible experience and in the future I believe customers would appreciate if they were made aware that your reservation cannot be fulfilled for whatever reason. I would appreciate a call back regarding this issue since they caused a large delay in my move as well as had an extra financial impact.

My reservation was for 7am, the staff member at the location claimed they were unable to login/give me my equipment until 8am. He did manage to get it working at about 745

We went to pick up the uHaul and the battery was dead - used our personal vehicle to jump the truck. Reported the matter to the store agent - he came out as well prior to okaying us to jump the truck as this was the last one on the lot and we sorta needed it. Appears the dome light in the cargo compartment as well as the cab were left on killing the battery. As well the passenger rear backup light was dead - this was told to the store agent upon return. He was extremely nice and we were given a discount to rent the truck. Further more the truck claims studio or one bedroom apt moves - that is false I actually should have rented the next truck up - Thank you for your time

The truck was filled with the water. Do not know if the truck had any water leaks through the sides or the top from rain.A dolly was kept in the truck. I had to request to remove as did not want to rent it, otherwise they might have charged me for renting that equipment as well. When they came to remove it they saw the water inside the truck, but did not clean up before I picked up the truck.This water damaged my bed and other items stored/transported inside the truck. Upon return there were still some water was left. They insisted that I should clean up the water. I told them that I have insurance and have my stuff damaged from the water which was given to me without cleaning and do not know if there a water leak. But they said they do not know how to process the claim for damage. Very poor service never expect anything like this in a country like Canada.

Keep reservations as per reserved as to not waste space and extra gas. Make sure the drop off point is actually close to the destination instead of making the client pass many drop offs for a 30 minute drive and an extra taxi charge. Be more professional when offering a discount and don't go back on your word.

The truck smelled of smoke and the gas consumption was absurd. We traveled less than 70 KM and it used up enough gas to drive to Toronto in a car! When we pointed this out to the person at the counter he just shrugged his shoulder, maybe he did not know. He gave us no direction as to what we can do or who we can call to complain. This was not good customer service for U-Haul. I am requesting that someone from the department for customer service to please email me if you want to follow up on this complaint.

When I picked up the truck the employee who helped me was great and did a great job. But when I returned the employee who came out to the truck looked inside the front and yelled, “Bro! It's dirty!” Referring to the dirt on the floor under the driver. It was minimal at most. Just needed a sweep. And I certainly didn't like being called bro. He then checked the gas and yelled again, “Bro! What's your gas supposed to be at” and I told him then he looked and said , “oh yeah that's right.” Then I went inside with him to check out and as soon as he started workin on the computer he said, “Bro!” Again as if I did something wrong and I said what and he said oh never mind. He called me bro three times and accused me of making it dirty (I didn't) and not putting in the right amount of gas.

The back of the van had a bunch of straw/hay in the back and smelt like a barn, when I called them to see what could be done they just said there was nothing they could do and I would be charged if it was not clean upon return.

Only thing I'm concern is there's no more parking spot for drop off so I had park blocking other parking lots it's little bit uncomfortable however the employee guy took care for truck.

One person came out to check the van and then passed it off to another person. He said that I need to clean the garbage out of then van. It only had a utility dolly, furniture blankets, and a shorty clothes hanging boxed (unused and still bound up). I explained to the first person that I wanted to return the box when we were out looking at the van and my understanding was that I could return unused boxes. It took forever to return the truck and get a receipt stating that it had been returned. Initially he wanted me to leave the keys and have a manager do it tomorrow. I understand the appeal of many pickup and drop off locations, but you do not want this place representing your company. I didn't end up getting a refund for the shorty box and it wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with them or carrying it home to take back to another location.

My rental experience was awesome, and I don't say that often about any company. The truck was ready when promised, the rental agreement and the terms regarding the use of the truck were explained in detail. The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this branch for their great service.

The location isn't the problem. The customer service on the phone is. I was sent here (40km our of my way) and then customer service did not give me enough kms to cover the extra burden. And then I got charged more than what I was supposed to had I rented from where I chose. This is terrible customer service.

I rented a truck for one day, 9 am to 9am. My move didn't go as planned and I wound up going over by 2 hours. Around 8:30 am the guys at uhaul called asking me to bring the truck in asap because it was leased out to someone else and they had no other trucks available. I rushed like a wild man to finish things up in order not to delay the next person. When I got there I was charged for 2 full days. Granted, I didn't bring the truck in within my 25 hours so I owe you money. But... if I'm paying for a full day don't I get to keep it for a full day? I wound up having to do 5 trips with my personal vehicle to finish up my move. This is just a money grab. In the future I'll take a "don't give a shit about you approach" and keep the truck as long as I want it, after all you're going to. I'll be anyway... poor demonstration of common sense on your end.

My credit card was refused even though I used it 2 mins defore, I had to leave to get cash, that I got off the credit card that was declined...go figure
