Unfortunately the place was closed and we needed roadside assistance. Upon request of a service which we had paid extra for, . our check out had been completed with out us even completing it all. For an additional $200 U-Haul could help us. We figured it all out but an Unfortunate end to an otherwise great rental.

Every time my friends are uhaul truck the 10' is so difficult to get. They need to be more of this size vehicle on the road. I always have to go to a farther location to obtain this size vehicle. The location I went to did not have all the moving equipment that I placed in my order.

There was a stability issue with the cargo van and it felt unsafe. Location was not open on Saturday, made it difficult to return. App was having trouble uploading photos

It was a very easy process, the girls in the office were very accommodating and it being the first time I ever rented a u-Haul I was pleasantly surprised.

Dropping off the vehicle through the app was extremely slow and frustrating. I had to restart the app and phone numerous times in order for it to register my location. I've used this feature a few times over the years and it is never convenient or way. Very disappointed in the drop off feature on the app. The drop off location was poorly lit at night and very uninviting.

Hours of operation on Sunday would be a little more convenient, however it is not a deal breaker. The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful.

The staff I met was very professional, courteous, informative and helpful for my rental. I would definitely recommend the spot for a pick up or drop off. It was one of the smoothest check out/in I've had with U-haul, and that's not counting it being before a major holiday.

You better being the truck back with EVEN MORE gas than it had upon pickup. They are stingy and will dramatically overcharge you for gas with no warning.

This has nothing to do with the location, but on the UHaul website, it should make clear which trucks have or don't have a ramp. I was hoping the 10' truck would have a ramp, it did not, and I had to choose between finding another location with a 15' available or using the 10'. (The location was good about trying to help me with this.)

Truck was dusty and had a slight foul smell. Almost like someone got sick and wasn't completely cleaned. Only other issue was the wipers were bad and had difficult time driving in rain. Please change out the wipers.

I rented a small box truck for a short in-town move. This location in Troy has convenient hours and had the right vehicle size available from my online reservation. It drove in very good condition, easy to operate and fit what I needed. The staff person was helpful with answering questions I had and made the check-out and check-in process quick and simple. Thank you for the excellent service, I will visit here when the time comes to move again.

The app is very glitchy, and it took me nearly an hour to go through the entire process. This particular location does not have a lot of cellular service. Otherwise, the entire process was easy.

Dianne was so extremely helpful upon pickup!! She was friendly, accommodating and honestly I was caught off guard by her impeccable Customer Service. Both she and the lovely woman who was there for our return were just awesome. You don't have experiences like this anymore! Any time, but especially with the stress of moving, this is so crucial and valuable. Thank you so much and please do recognize these gems!!!

i tried to use the self check in service via the u-haul app. the app wouldn’t let me past the “drivers information” page bc it had my phone number identified elsewhere. i used the chat function within the app but the clerk couldn’t help and would periodically just stop responding. eventually got on the phone with a service rep and they advised me that i needed to put in a different phone number (not mine) to pass the driver info page. it was a known issue. the rest of the checking was laborious but fine. this waisted at least 45 mins of my time and i missed an appointment. i was offered a $10 certificate for my troubles. a gesture more insulting than conciliatory. no more u-haul for me - checking out http://fluidtruck.com/ from now on.

I have rented from U-Haul for 30+ years. The customer care I received here far excdeeded the usual good service I am used to. There was a mix up on the drop off location, twice, and the representative was able to remendy with ease. Instead of having me do a walk around the truck, she came out to note with stickers of dents, etc., then did a very thorough inspection for any more. She was very professional, polite and pleasant, meticulous in her service and even gave me a gift bag of two bottles of water, a pen and note pad for our move. I do not anticipate being in this area again but, with several U-Haul choices in the area, this one clearly stands out and I highly recommend to anyone who is.

When I got there I found out U Haul had changed my pick up location without notifying me. It took multiple phone calls to straighten it out. This pickup location was not at fault for this and there were no issues once it was fixed.

I am not sure how much more you can do for a customer .your actually in a good location I believe convent spot even though you have a small lot out front and a few vehicles available I used the appliance moving cart You saved me time and money by having this available. Close to my home I didn't need to go to a big box store to rent one Let me say thank you for a job well done thanks for being here . Good luck in the future

I like that there were a few scriptures hanging up in the office. I have used this location once before, both occasions were a good experience. U-Haul truck was well maintained. There seemed to be a limited number of trucks so reservations are probably the best route to go. Staff friendly & helpful.

I rented from Campbell Ave for over 2 years. No complaints really, except for the mice. When I cleaned out my unit, it was apparent that little critters had been in my unit and chew/pooped on some of my stuff. Unfortunately, that seems par for the course. Same problem at my last facility. Staff was always very helpful!
