I just want to send a huge THANK YOU to Lyn. She is amazing and made my rental experience so easy. I rented a cargo van to haul party supplies for my sons 3rd birthday and she went above and beyond for me to make sure I had a great experience and everything that I needed. KEITH SGood location and customer service. I just wish they don't try to oversell U-Haul insurance by giving examples of previous customers. When someone booked online and declined coverage that mean they understand the risk, so I don't think it's necessary to ask this question again to the customer and read the waiver. If this is coming from U-haul then it's a waste of customers valuable time. Overall, good accommodating location
