Did online reservation, then for me to grab the trailer, the store clerk again had to go through the whole reservation process. Time consuming for me and him especially when he has paying customers waiting in line.

Staff were pleasant but I was charged $60 for gas when I went 4 miles. I tried reaching out to customer service twice and got no response (general uhaul customer service)

Everything went as planned. We were impressed when we said to staff, we needed a 15 ft and when we rented they only had a 9 ft cargo van, he said he had a 15 ft here now did we want it. Well things couldn't have turned out better because we were able to make one trip instead of two. We have used this location several times in the past and the staff are always courteous and helpful. Very pleased over all 😁

The truck brakes are bad and it was wet and rainy out and muddy water blew in the back door and damaged some of the items I was moving. Not happy with this rental. Brad Snider

At drop off the attendant was busy and did not confirm I had dropped off a clean vehicle with gas at right level. Said he would check later. I got an additional charge but no email explanation of the charges from Uhaul. Drop off location is convenient, lots of parking, great hours, and staff was friendly just too busy to confirm clean drop off.

This review could change, or be disregarded if I receive a refund. I rented a trailer and the lights flickered. Upon further investigation the white wire on the trailer connecter was defective, hanging on by a single wire. The wire broke before leaving town and we returned the trailer and we were told we would not be charged (we were). We picked ip an identical trailer in Trenton an hour later. We have yet to recieve a refund.

Suspension on the truck was pretty rough. Not sure if tires are over filled, but they were slipping a lot, and made the drive incredibly bumpy.

The people say Camden variety store where we rented from, were some of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. The trailer was also very good and the owner even assisted with hooking it up. Will rent from here every time possible. Thanks.

Upon arrival @ Camden Variety, Kim was absolutely fantastic! She called "Steve" and he was very accommodating. He fixed the screw up from Trailer Pros for me. I highly recommend that Camden Variety be used for UHaul rentals. HUGE thanks to Kim Richardson and Steve (UHaul Rep)

Fix your equipment. My god. Broken wiring. Lights not working. Couldn’t even leave with the damn thing. Luckily my rental was refunded. Pretty sad to see that U-Haul equipment is getting to the point of junk again. Shall we see what the MTO thinks of your equipment these days? Furthermore, this location handled it well. And I have no complaints of the particular location. When was the last time these trailers were inspected?

They indicated the gas tank was full so we filled up on the way back in. We drove approximately 50 km thus our fill up indicated the gas mileage on the truck was about 1km/liter of gas!!!! after discussing this with the rep and showing her a picture of the gas gauge before and after along with our gas receipt she gave us a $12 credit. Based on Ford's published Mpg info the truck should have been getting around 12 miles/gallon. Even if the Mpg was really bad it could not be as bad as 1km/litre with a fully loaded truck. We ended up paying for about 2.5km/.litre. Not going to quibble over $20. Overall great rental tuck, was clean enough and got the job done. Thank you and the rep was very nice about the gas discussion. Would recommend this location and the rental.

The trailer was booked in and checked in on line to save time. Still the store clerk took 45 min to let me out and still charged me for insurance. Looking to get credit back on insurance part.

The clerk at the counter was not friendly, and really did not want to have anything to do with UHaul business. They told me that a receipt would be emailed to me. After two days I contacted Uhaul 1-855 number to find that my vehicle return was still active. I forwarded pictures of the mileage and fuel which was date/time stamped and a receipt quickly followed. Not sure if it is staff needing more training or the fact that this drop off is a convenience store and Uhaul is not there priority.

not much, there is only one person on duty at this store, probably because they cannot find additional workers. Slowed the rental paperwork up significantly.

this location always seems to be very disorganized. Even when a truck has been booked on line this location still has to rebook a truck. Sometimes this can take up to an hour to do.

Have more then one employee at the location when it’s at a store. The guy did his best checking me out but also had to keep stopping to get others their lottery tickets and other things. They were polite and helpful it just takes so much longer.

The clerk at Camden Variety had no knowledge about U Haul when I returned the truck. He was the only employee there. He had to phone someone for instructions. I found this odd, and unprofessional.

Nothing wrong with this location. I had a very poor experience with U Haul however. First, I showed up to the original confirmed pick up location only to find the truck was not there and after listening to 2 rude representatives who did not help me at all I was sent off to another location which put me and my helpers way behind schedule. There was no compensation for the mistake they made other than supplying me with a larger truck which was not necessary and burned more fuel costing me even more due to their mistake. Poor customer service from U Haul.. Nice woman at the Nappanee location and only 2 of 5 customer representatives I dealt with either over the phone or in person who was helpful.

Very poor staff support. I had problem with my rental pick up. The manager told me to call UHAL, so, no support from him. Spent hours there trying to solve a problem that could have been anticipated by them. Very poor service.

I was originally suppose to pick up truck in Kingston on Princess st at 8am but when I got there I was told they didn’t have a truck for me and closest was Napanee. This definitely caused problems as I was moving stuff from Kingston so I had to drive to Napanee to get truck then back to Kingston to load truck. This caused me over an extra hour of time which I really didn’t have plus more gas etc. when I spoke to the person in Kingston where I originally had my reservation to pick up the previously confirmed truck the response was very much, we don’t have a truck here for you but the closest is in Napanee. Really it was a I don’t care attitude and nothing I can do take it or leave it. I told the guy that it’s probably the worst customer service ever and if I wasn’t in a time restraint situation I would have went to another company. I promise you I will never rent another truck from Uhaul and I will be telling everyone I know about the experience plus I’m seriously thinking about putting a post on Facebook.

Our booking, made over 2 wks in advance, was changed from an 8am pickup to a 3pm pick up. This was totally unacceptable & inconvenient for us. Then after not getting our truck until 7 hrs later then requested, we got calls from uhaul, when we hadn't even had the truck for 24 hrs, asking when the truck would be returned!! It was not due until 2pm the following day. We certainly did not appreciate being harassed to return the truck. We did, in fact, return the truck over 24hrs before it was due back. Very unhappy with uhaul booking

I got transporter to move a car when we hooked up licence plate was missing and other one they had was supposed to have wiring issue. I’m licenced mechanic and asked if I could try it see if simple issue. I hooked up no issues at all everything worked perfect sealer was excellent to deal with very custermer oriented will recommend this location to anyone
