Hunter Logan did not rent this truck and I don't appreciate him putting his name on my rental. In the system under my email and phone number his name comes up. What kind of business is that!hunter L.

Again had to go to far end of town to drop trailer back off because the wrong drop off location was sent. Location asked for was not given didn't notice until trying to drop off and had unhooked. Tried to get location changed was given a fake number for customer service. It went to a schoolbook buy back. So had to reattach trailer to drive to other side of town where they had ten trailers on their lot so I am very much not satisfied with the entire experience. And on top of that the trailer leaked got all boxes on floor wet and piece of furniture. Not really happy!matthew C.

How you can improve it for the next customer is not to send them to that location. Before I was made aware that I could make reservations online, I walked into that particular location and inquired about a rental. The man at the counter was very short with me, and told me they DID NOT have anything available. He didn't even offer any additional help or suggestions. The gentleman that was sitting at the counter with him informed me of another location. He also told me if that didn't work to try calling the Uhaul hotline. In need of business that day, I called the Uhaul hotline before even leaving the parking lot. To my surprise, the young lady told me that the location (where I was) actually had a 10ft truck available. I was very upset! I explained to the young lady what had just happened. I honestly felt discriminated against. She apologized on their behalves and on the behalf of the company. She even gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Now, the man at the location was Caucasian (white) and I am a African American (black) female. Just curious to know what reasons he could've had for lying and denying me service when my money was green, and my credit card was platinum?? ðŸ¤"ðŸ¤"Neshi B.

Make sure the pick up location knows the extra items the customer has ordered!!!!! I ordered 5 dozen furniture pads and a utility dolley, only to learn that they had NO info from UHaul about it and only had 10 pads - NO dolley!! BIG FAIL UHAUL!!!!! I hate to give the pick up location a poor rating because it isn't their fault that UHaul failed them, but the rating reflects my experience. The guy behind the counter was apologetic and did what he could to help (altho he suggested I drive to the other uhaul locations in Camden to find the things he was supposed to have - he did know that I just rented a 26' moving truck...seriously???)Laura M.

The truck smelled really bad like cigarettes. We cleaned out ashes from under the steering wheel, as well as all the surfaces to no avail. We had to drive from SC to AZ smelling that. There was also a big crack across the windshield right in the line of site for the driver.Jeremy J.

The check engine light was on, there was a message displayed â€œCheck Gas Capâ€ which was installed, and the truck smells like gasoline. I'm not sure if there's a leak, or not. Also, the windshield washer fluid was either empty, or the system didn't work, but the windshield was awful dirty (I mean BAD). Because the vehicle had very little fuel, I had to go to the gas station anyway, where I also cleaned the windshield where I could safely drive.Delbert A.

I didn't inspect the trailer before leaving the rental location but immediately upon arriving at my home I opened the trailer to discover large pile of human feces in the corner. There were also a few moving blankets tied up on the other side. I removed the blankets (they were not used just in case) and I hosed out and sanitized the inside of the trailer. I suppose with cold weather someone had been sleeping inside. I will not make the mistake of not checking next time, but the rental location should probably check the trailers and trucks just in case. Who knows what or who may be inside. Lesson learned is do it better the next time, every time, and consistently.William W.

Our original location for drop off in Camden SC was closed when we got there. It was at a gun shop and when you called the number on the door it was impossible to get hold of anyone.No instructions of what to do to drop off. We got in touch with the second location at 2650 Broad St in Camden and they were very helpful and let us drop the trailer off at their lot instead.JOE B.
