WILLIAM ADKINSI was initially sent to a location that didnt have a truck so I had to call the uhaul help line 2 times to get through to a person because the automated system hung up on me. The second location set up my contract with no specific drop off because we were not sure which uhaul location was closer. Then uhaul tried to charge me a a wrong location fee even though my contract I had in hand had no location on it. I was on hold for over 3 hours trying to talk to someone because the automated service kept hanging up on me. I am more than livid with the whole situation.

Tammy WhiteMichelle was such a nice and pleasant person who went above and beyond trying to make up for the disaster I encountered at the Washington Street, Cambridge, Md facility picking up a 20' truck. She was efficient and very helpful!! She should be commended for a great easy business experience! I want my insurance costs reimbursed as I have a State Farm Umbrella policy and have more coverage that needed and this charge was not necessary!!!
