I could not find the door to drop off the key. Perhaps better instructions. I left the key how I found it =).

humberto cI had to come back twice to drop off truck, as they did not answer the phone and I was given the wrong suite #. I would recommend a regular drop off site as this was a business building that was locked up with NO sign. I was tired and this was rather stressful. The lady finally answered the phone and forgot to call me back so i had to drive across town again to drop off truck. I wax SO GLAD to get rid of the vehicle. On a good note the truck ran well. However at times to truck was gutless and all of a sudden it would pick up then fade again.

Daniel YMy drop off location was changed which was an inconvenience. When I called back to inquire about the change the manager couldn't articulate well how i would have the opportunity to voice my complaint. I do think uhaul could do a better job of explaining the drop off location is not guaranteed.

Stacy SThis uhaul partner made every attempt and even going above and beyond to get our truck. We went through a few mishap, but that was with U-Haul itself, not the partner. Please rent your trucks and equipments from them, they will do everything they can to get you want you need. The truck comes equip with all you need and it’s clean. Their customer service is fantastic.

KESSLYN MTruck had low air in tires , it had check engine on ANYTHING could have happened , it smelt as if someone was smoking in it at pick up it was dirty & dusty . No Covid safety guidelines were followed as far as the cleaning u in head to disinfect it on my own
