No one was there. Left keys in a drop box.
Joshua KTried to use mobile check in and did not receive my code. Kind associate assisted me but it was clear that uhaul was not the primary function of this office and experienced significant delays. My rental was supposed to start at 1:30 but was unable to gain access until after 1:55 when that associate was able to get uhaul on the phone. That was almost 30 min sitting in the office when I needed to have been getting furniture moved and loaded
Cristina VWhen I got to the location, I could not get the website to work correctly so I could not get the key for about an hour after my pickup time. I had to call customer service, stay on hold for 30 minutes, then talk to the representative for about 25 minutes trying to get the website to work properly. When I finally got the truck, it did not have the 2 packing materials I purchased or 1 of the equipment dollies I rented.

Diane BThe lady had a attitude in which she did not care about the equipment. I question about a cracked window and scratches on the truck and she walked off saying take a picture. Very negative.
JAMES CMy only complaint was when we went to drop the truck off on Saturday it was not due until four but we dropped it off at 2:30 the lady at the U-Haul place the day before gave us an 800 number to call when we return it ...when we called the number to let them know that we were dropping the truck off the people who answer the 800 number was very rude to my husband and insisted that we were going to get charged a $20 fee for calling that number and dropping the truck off and that we need get charged an additional day being that it was on a Saturday the lady was extremely rude to my husband

Earl BIt took an entire hour to check the vehicle in. The person working at the drop off location had no idea what they were doing. They had to be walked through the check on via a phone call. It was a total waste of my time!!!. How hard can it be to verify the fuel level and mileage on a truck?
