This is not towards the location but if you see Uhaul RUN FAR AWAY, check your bill, pay close attention to fine print, don't use the portal, be ready to be blamed for all the things that go wrong, AND DONT CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION.Shelby B.

First of the phone is never answered and goes to a voicemail that is not set up. I had some questions and had to drive all the way back to the location. Also the younger guy that helped me the first time was very helpful and Polite. The older guy was very rude and not helpful.Roselynn M.

I did the 24/7 online check in. When I stared up the truck after complete the process one of the tires was so low in air the dash earring was on. The location where the truck was had no air. I drone to the three closest gas stations trying to fill the tire and was unable to. I tried to call but the message it was an hour wait to talk to someone and I was on a schedule trying to pick up a very expensive freight package at the airport. Okay dropped the truck back off and checked it noting that due the tire not being properly inflated i was unable to the job I rented the truck for and wanted my money back as I only had the truck 45 minutes max and drive maybe 4 miles(I had estimated 50). En I finally communicated with someone via email they were dismissive and implied I did something wrong. I will never use Uhaul again for anything. Too many options out there to put up with this!!Steven H.

Terrible Service! I went in to try and rent a truck on their lot and they said I had to use the on-line site. Then I spent 20 mins getting on the on-line site and making the reservation myself with zero help from them. What kind of customer service is that? Then I had to check it in myself on-line and of course I had to do everything myself again which took 20-30 minutes. This is terrible service in order to put everything on the customer and cut your own costs. I will try from now on to rent anywhere but Uhaul.Jeffrey D.

I had trouble using the online reservation process. I entered an email and password and appeared to have an account, but when I got to the location, I couldn't sign in on my phone. It would not recognize my password. The attendant helped me and the reservation process was still easier than if I hadn't entered everything online, but if the store had been closed, I wouldn't have been able to get into the truck.Patricia R.

I paid for moving pads, but did not check to make sure they were there before I left. They weren't. Did not have time to go back. When I returned the truck, I told the guy they weren't there. He said he would refund the extra $10 paid for them. So far, that has not happened. Pretty easy online process to get the truck, however, and the pick up location is good/convenient. It's amazing though how a $19.95 (advertised) truck ends up costing $80. Sigh.Sharron A.

Guy working the counter in the morning did not know how to use anything with the uhaul. I had to rent one for my friend because he was lost with the system. When I ordered it through my app and went to get the keys he told me to stand on the side of the register then he left to walk around the store. When he came back he started checking people out ( this uhaul was inside a gas station). I did all his work through the app and just needed to go inside to get the keys. My friend reserved the truck for pick up at 7am we didn't leave uhaul till after 9am. I rent a lot of U-Hauls over the country and this was by far the worst locationJeremy D.

Drop the truck off the same day I rented it. When I dropped it off I was told their system was down, so they would complete the return later. Two days later I'm charged for an extra rental day.Shelia P.

The uhual "facility" was a gas station and we stood outside for 20 minutes at least with no option to "pickup my truck" as the directions were telling me to do. The store clerk didn't seem to know how to run the uhaul system. He required three phone numbers, but gave no reason for needing that amount. He didn't know which of the dollies was the "furniture dolly" which I had ordered, and he didn't have the mattress bag I had already purchased. Guess I'm just out that money. When we asked which vehicle was our's, he said, "Don't know. Look at key." I requested pickup at a uhaul facility and was instead sent to a gas station. It took nearly an hour to do the pickup, because the clerk kept stopping to checkout the actual gas station customersDiane A.

Had an awful experience trying to get into the truck. The server was down for both the app and the application inside the store. Had to wait in the parking lot literally over an hour and a half. Then finally the U-Haul server started working. This was after countless attempts and phone calls to U-Haul customer service.Karina K.

I had made my reservations to pick up at a Uhaul facility. The system changed it to a convenience store. Not what I wanted nor what I expected. The man helping me was nice and the truck was ready. But it did not give me the opportunity to purchase smaller boxes and other packing items that I thought I would have the chance to do as I was coming straight from the airport to get the moving truck.Gina S.

The attendant did not communicate well. He was not very helpful. He told me that I needed to pay him for the use of the truck and I shared with him that I had already had paid for the use of the vehicle but he demanded that I make another payment without explaining the purpose of the charge. I agreed because I knew if I was doubled charge I could settle up through AMEX. When he gave me the key to the truck I asked which truck he said, "Look at the number of the key and go find the truck with the matching numbers. He was rude and very disinterested in my business and service. He acted as if I was disrupting his day. He was not a very good representative of U-Haul.Carl R.

The truck was old and drove like a cement mixer. The gauge to help improve your fuel economy didn't work. The tow/haul option engaged automatically when you start the engine. This destroys fuel economy. I reserved an appliance dolly online and was told, when I arrived to pick up the rental, that the location doesn't have any. This caused me to have to leave my freezer behind since I couldn't move it.Rich H.
Ingrid in live chat is really rude. She left a bad taste in my mouth and is for sure the main reason I won't use your company again. Besides not being able to help me, the men at the gas station that sell the U-Haul have no idea what they are doing and they don't even speak English. They could not understand anything I said so it is hard to do business effectively if they cannot understand me. They also do not answer their phones when I try to call them to resolve the issue. On top of that, at a different location on Burnet road the people are really unhelpful and do not care about how many customers are waiting in line. I waited 45 minutes to buy 5 boxes. They don't care at all about giving a good customer experience. As your customer, it appears that this is rampant in your company culture and that you will just throw this review in the trash. I'll pay extra money to deal with people who care about me and my moving experience.Blake H.

The truck seemed like in a shoddy condition. The left mirror was broken. A/c did not work. I had booked this service online and had SPECIFICALLY asked to waive the insurance. However I see that it was automatically added to my final purchase. This is unacceptable. I want my money back.Rohit S.

Your U-haul attendant said truck had full tank of gas. When I looked at gauge it was not showing completely full. Never having driven this type of truck, I thought that was as far as the needle went. Returned the truck an hour later with only 3 1/2 miles driven. Added some gas. The needle was showing more fuel than when I picked it up. Your attendant refused to discuss it and charged me to fill the tank. Is this a scam that place uses to run up the fees it charges? I rent your vehicles at other locations and have always had professional service. Am very disappointed in U-haul for allowing this to happen.DOYLE S.
