Daniel PVery unprofessional, had to wait for him to arrive at the location first. He was not willing to accept the 20 foot uhaul truck only wanted the trailer. He threatened to have truck towed if I followed through the online process because he didn’t have the space. As a business representative he should of planned and refused the drop off before we arrived if they did not have the available space. Poor planning on his own part shouldn’t negatively affect the customer. He doesn’t need to represent uhaul and should have his dealer privileges removed.

WILLIAM CCMart was very rude and said they would not take the equipment. Female at location was yelling and cursing. In the future, call ahead to be sure your drop off location will except the equipment
Gracie BMake the equipment is in good condition the straps to the front wheels in position was hard to take out of the harness after playing with it for a while finally got it out called the maintenance shop and they wanted to charge me $300 I think that's unfair

Richard LEverything was great except I thought it was odd when returning the equipment the owner asked me if I found moving pads and a flashlight in the trailer when I picked it up. I told him no it was empty. He then asked if I was sure, which made it seem as if he was accusing me of taking the items. I said I was sure and there were two trailers on site, he went on to say he was sure it was that trailer and explained how expensive the lost items were. I once again told him the trailer was empty when I picked it up. Other than that everything was perfect from booking, to pickup, and then drop off.
Timothy TThe truck needed gas to make the 50 mile move I scheduled it for. The staff was helpful to add gas to the truck, which I paid for, but it would have been better service if the truck's gas had been added prior to my arrival.

Richard LI ordered the truck to be picked up at a certain location and was never told I would have to pick it up ACROSS town. I was also not informed that there would be a mileage charge. The vehicle had little to no gas and the check engine light was on the entire time. The worker didn't even check it.

Denise TAfter 5 minutes of interstate driving, it was obvious the steering was nor performing 100%.....play in the steering. I had to wrestle with this for the entire trip...not good! I'm not satisfied with the overall experience.
joe mThe vehicle was parked in a field next to a building that was under construction but barely seemed functional. The trucks doors were open. It smelled like stale cigarettes and alcohol sweat. There was damage to the side of the truck, it looked like someone tried to hotwire it. Low engine oil light was on and it shook violently over 60 mph. What a night

Daniel BThe van that I used for the one way move had dirt on the passenger seat and the back of the van had large pieces of dry wall throughout which I was charged for the cleaning bill. I was also to receive a credit on the first van that I returned because it did not have a ramp but ended up being charged the full one way rate for both U-Haul vans which I'm in the process of disputing. I was also charged over mileage when I only drove 16.2 miles round trip. I would not recommend doing business with C Mart Marathon in Winter Haven.

NEALEY AI was a little nervous at first pulling into a gas station to pick up a uhaul but in the end I was glad Uhaul changed my location. The lady we picked the truck up from (I think her name was Amy? Sorry if Im wrong) was extremely helpful. When we went back later to get the trailer after the truck was loaded and put the car on it, Markus was my angel and so helpful. He even checked on us the next day to make sure we made it safely because we had a long drive. Amazing man and place I’d definitely recommend them.
