The only issue we had was finding the key. We were picking the truck up prior to the location opening for the day, but the instructions for picking up the key said to go inside and show the person at the desk a code (which we obviously couldn't do). We wound up having to call the location's after hours number for help, but we did get correct key pickup instructions and got on our way fairly quickly.

I was to get a 40 mileage credit because i had to travel across county to get truck. I did not get it. Truck only had barely over half tank when I got it and I left it with more than I found it. Store could not print out paperwork for me on site due to computer problems. I want a credit for what is due me.

Company is skimpy on allowed miles and breaking down a gas gauge to fractions that aren't easily interpreted shows a propensity towards hoping to deceive the customer. Local people are great. The company leaves you watching your wallet.

after returning truck on time i was charged a extra day rentel charge on my credit card which in turn almost overdrafted my bank acct that is unacceptable if it was over drafted you would be paying fees for your mistake due to lack of your employees agents or what ever you call them not doing there jobs correctly in this time of high employment they should have been much better on both sides i am hard pressed to use your services again thank you andy cohen reflectwindow@yahoo.com

We spent close to an hour trying to locate this location. When we called for drop off location, we were not told the "No 109" portion. GPS could not locate. After riding up and down US 1 we finally found the shop. Once there, we had to jump the curb and leave the Truck/trailor in the dirt field. There needs to be an entrance or accessible driveway into the field.

The problem is not this location but U-Haul over all. Three week ago I rented this same truck and when I received it it had two falt tires on it... U-Haul had to send the repair man to my location for tire repair while i was loading it. This truck also had a broken headlight on the left front. When I received THIS SAME TRUCK last friday 10/28/11 it had the same broken headlight. WHY would U-Haul not fix this headlight in the two week period it had back in rental even for a SAFETY ISSUE? Is U-Haul just out to make a large profit and cannot afford a six dollor headlight? If this is the way you continue to rent out your equipment with flat tires, brokent headlight, or lights not working the I feel sorry your CEO cannot collect his pay check.... Bill Jackson..

The gauge you use to measure gas regestered MORE than the gauge in the truck....meaning you go some of you fee in gas instead of cash from us. Just before returning the truck we put the tank EXACT on 1/2 full (which cost us about $40) then when the guy showed us the check out invoice, it showed there was WELL over a half a tank....that is just not right but what could we do? Wouldn't mind a credit of about $20 on my checking account. ANOTHER complaint that REALLY DISTURBED MY AND MY HUSBAND was that the receptionest had on a skirt that you could see her crotch in...my husband swears she was trying to come on to him. I'm not a happy wife.

I had requested an 8am pick up from a different site further south on Capital Blvd. The pick up was moved 8 miles north and the shop didn't open until 9am. Wasted extra time, wages for my help and gas. They had me down for a 12.00 pick up and informed me this happens ALL the time with UHaul online reservations

This location did a great job doing all they could to help my wife and I out. We are very appreciative forall they did for us. However U- Haul as a company was very hard to work with. We made our reservation almost a month in advance but the week before we were to move you changed where we would be picking up the equipment to a location further away, which would have cost us more money. In turn we had to call our location back and work with them to get a smaller truck so we could still pickup there. Again, ship on site was fonomonal but I really doubt if we will ever work with U-Haul again
