It is very difficult to find, there's no sign out front to indicate U-Haul even exists at the address provided, there's no sign on the main road that distinguishes the street it is on, and it sits in a large parking lot devoid of any known business with no vehicles in it. Even the Uber driver picking me up drove around the business twice since I could see his route on my phone, I had to go to the main street and flag him down. The other part is the people that run it are very nice, I returned the vehicle full of gas, I returned it early, it was a Sunday and the location was closed so I put the keys in the drop box but I wasn't aware I was supposed to have the app and notify U-Haul that I had dropped the vehicle off. I didn't even have the app I reserved the vehicle over the phone. Regardless I was charged $12 for not notifying you via the app. That is wrong.
