I prefer and an in person check in/check out to addess any issues on the spot. My reservation was changed a couple hours prior to my pick up time to mobile pick up due to the agent closing the office for medical reasons. The truck assigned to me was not in good operating condition and I did not have time to go to another location to pick up a different truck. Had I needed to drive a long distance I would not have taken the truck assigned to me. I received quality customer service on the phone when I called in to report that the check engine light was on upon pick up among a few other issues. Upon returning the truck, I said that it was not in good for the next customer. I hope my feedback was taken seriously and the truck is repaired and prior to the next rental.

ANTHONY KCintia had some attitude this time. I rent these trucks all the time for my business as a realtor and I really need a good working customer service gal especially since I pay $250 a month to store my stuff there. I told her that she had an attitude with me and she made excuses. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

SANDEEP PLove the service location of LuxBear because people are friendly, professional and kind. Vehicle are good condition and clean. Had difficulty with first time using U-haul app to pick up a rental truck. Hopefully it will easier next time.

Claudia RI rented a cargo van at this location for 8:00AM Saturday morning. The day before, I received a text message saying my reservation has been updated to pick up at 9:30 AM. I responded and asked why I can't use the Truck Share self-service pick up. I was told it's not offered on cargo vans. I know this isn't true because I rented a cargo van a few years ago using Truck Share 24/7. Anyway, I showed up at 9:30 and noticed the advertisement painted on the cargo van says "Truck Share 24/7 Drive now rent with your phone." Upon checking in, I was informed that I would not be able to adjust the mirrors because the adjuster knob is broken. Also, The gas was 7/8 under 3 quarters. I got gas prior to returning the vehicle and the needle was 5/8 under 3 quarters but that wasn't good enough so I was charged an additional $12 for 2/8 of gas.

Manuel VWith a BIG storm on the way, we needed a covered truck at the last minute. Bux Bear Storage had just what we needed. Cintia went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of with a clean, reliable box truck. Everything was so easy. It really took the headache out of moving and we could not be happier. Timothy WMy first time renting a truck with you guys and everything went smooth except check in. I was delayed about 40 min having to go back home to get my passport. It said to go to the location to check in for pick up and then it had me do more verification stuff which cut into my time. The 3 hours I requested did not reset to the time I checked in, and was still telling me I needed to return the truck at 11 instead of 1140, 3 hours after I was actually able to check in and get the key.

Colleen FI got charged a $25 cleaning fee and there was nothing left in the truck I drove under 10 miles and got charged $39 for gas There was supposed to be a dolly in the truck and there wasn't. I had to go back and get one.

BRETT LI failed to notice my movers left five plastic colored paper clips and one white paper on the floor of the truck. The attendant appeared livid. I explained my knees were too bad to climb into the truck and pick up the paper clips and sheet of paper. I wish I had thought to pull down the ramp and I could have hobbled up there. Didn't think of it at the time. Without telling me, the attendant charged my credit card a $25 cleaning fee. I found out when I reviewed my e-mailed credit card receipt. Anyway, lesson learned on this one. This place looks for ways to charge extra. Will never recommend it to anyone.

Taiwo AFrustrated with the mobile check in. Code didn't work on lock, had to delay my moving plans until office opened the next morning and was further delayed waiting for the Uhaul representative to come and remove the key/lock.
