Put a sign at the road

james aI was at the drop off location at 7 am to drop off the truck, but the time it took to upload all the pictures and information ended up costing me an extra day rental as it was nearly 7:30 am by the time the pictures uploaded. Besides, the drop off location was closed when I dropped off the truck. I am very disappointed that no grace is given.

Xavier SThe location is not on the map? GPS takes you to the wrong location. Also, there's almost nowhere to park cars. I'd recommend going somewhere else to drop off or pick up a U-Haul.

Cody MWhen I got to my destination and upon returning the trailer, the check in tech inspected the trailer and found 3 of the 4 tires had very little air in them. The check in tech said more than likely they didn’t inspect the trailer at the savage location.
Tony KThe guy at the drop place rude, mean and unprofessional. My girlfriend was calling to locate the place and was rude and wasn’t helpful. I would NEVER NEVER return or rent from this place. The place is impossible to find and had to take an extra day to just find this place.

Bradley WI was a little skeptical with the location as it was more of a car repair/sales lots. However, the person I saw was very kind and helpful. I had an issue with the trailer lights not working, the Uhaul on hwy 13 in Burnsville was able to replace two fuses in my truck.
Brian JYou charged me for extra! I don't understand that. I picked up the Truck in Savage MN at 11 am. I drove to Faribault. I put gas $45 . Then I dropped off the truck at 5:50 pm the same day. You charged me $ 173, 70. That is not fair. Please refund the extra money you took me!
Kouassi YHard to find. No signage. 45 minutes wasted trying to locate. They also added insurance to my rental, which I didn’t want. And the person picking up the trailer was tricked into spending $40 for insurance that I didn’t need or ask for!

Scott SDo not use this location at all. I don't believe there is anyway to fix it. No one was there to assist. The location was difficult to find and there was no clear location to leave the vehicle. It was also just an alley that was jam packed with broken down vehicles that made it difficult to manuever with a 15 foot truck.

Jeff SI was overcharged I should have had a 50.00 discount and I took out roadside assistance that should have been 7.00. But was charged because the pickup location charged me for insurance.

Noah PThe gentleman who helped me was extremely nice. Unfortunately the location is very poor. There is 1 small door not marked very well in almost kind of a back alley with a lot of cars parked in front of it. Being a single lady, I felt uneasy in this location.
mary hYou need to make arrangements such as a process to move your trailers to locations where you have more of a demand. It took me over 2 weeks to locate any trailer in an area close to my home address in Minnesota. The trailer I was finally able to lease was smaller than I wanted. The individual that helped me at Burnsville Towing & Service was one of the best people I have met in my leasing of U-Haul rentals.
Tom BThe address listed on UHaul for this site is not accurate. We had to do an after-hours drop off and the exact address listed was not correct. The address that we finally determined should be: 8545 W Hwy 101 Frontage Rd., Savage MN. We drove about 3 miles out the the way by using the address that was provided only to find a dead-end road with nothing there.

Dolores WThe owner of this business was a pleasure to work with, but this location is REALLY HARD to find. Please give the operator a larger sign and improve your mapping option in the app. One other point. We were redirected from a pick up site we chose that was much closer to our destination. The change added time and mileage. We were told it was because the truck was returned at this location. I realize these are franchise locations, but I feel U-Haul should be responsible for moving the trucks to the renter's chosen location. I don't think it is very customer friendly to pass the cost and hassle of the new location to the customer.
Kristin BThe issue was not the location, uhaul system with relevant specs rented a car hauler to us that was not up to the task. Our car bottomed out on the way up the ramp. Customer service, scheduling, refund process all bottom of the barrel low quality experience, all call center staff very rude. Will never rent from uhaul again.

Timothy FThe drop off location was completely unacceptable. There was no signage, no Dropbox, and I was able to find a person by asking other business owners in the area. I finally found the owner and was able to hand off the keys to the truck. Completely unacceptable. This event captured a generally negative rental experience.

Thomas OYour whole scheduling process is bad. You sent me to a different location for pick up, changed my drop of location without notifying me. I paid for a 1 way trip and you changed it to a round trip without notifying me. Couldn’t change it back when I called. Horrible experience. But the location in Burnsville was great!

Brandon WThere were like 4 lots full of junk and a tiny parking lot out front. The instructions stated to "park the uhaul in the lot but don't block businesses or exits" - the only other place to park was in a FIRE LANE. I tried my best to park in the least offensive place but I had no choice. Absolute nightmare.
Lewis WI booked online and did everything online to speed up pickup. This location could see none of it and had to do it all again. Very dissatisfied with doing it all over again when did it all online. Can someone explain to me why?

Jacob MGerard went above and beyond when I rented a motorcycle trailer. He stayed open later (which allowed me to be with my young kids during a storm and tornado warning) and gave me advice on how to trailer my motorcycle. Very helpful and easy to work with! Thank you again!
Nick CI thought everything was great. The only thing is I had originally reserved the trailer in Shakopee location and then was informed it was overbooked and ended up at a different location. So don't overbook your rentals.

Louis HMake sure they ask questions about wanting or not wanting insurance. Make sure they tell you where you are returning the u-haul in case the place you returned it before is closed.
