This location is primarily a gas/service station with U-haul equipment parked around the edge of the parking area. Not much room to park or maneuver.

Rental was easy and attendant was friendly. Convenient neighborhood location. Definitely will use them next time!

went to a manned rental location after flailing with the website for over trying to rent a van. your website is very confusing and doesn't work well, then pop up for additional services won't allow you to advance thru the site. was extremely frustrating for me. that's why I went to a manned rental agency.

continue to offer U-Haul at this convenient neighborhood location

Very very rude person to deal with, he hung up on me few times because we were an hour late to return the truck and he charged us for 2 days rental. I will not go back to this place and will suggest others the same.

Have better trucks available. Your trucks are dangerous

This location was amazing. Even though it was the busiest weekend of the month and every other location was sold out, they worked with me and let me rent the truck overnight. I was running late due to the movers, but they communicated well and really went above and beyond for me. Thank you U-Haul Burnsville for helping me move into my new home.

Would steer someone to choose a different location. The individual checking out the product wasn't a pleasant individual. The trailer was acceptable. the blankets that were ordered were just thrown in the trailer and were dirty. Have used Uhaul many times in the past and have never received blankets that were just in a heap. Have always gotten them in a bag that had no debris on them.

I was overcharged. My credit card was billed way more than my receipt. I contacted customer service to get this fixed.

this truck should be taken out of service now! carbon monoxide fumes are to great to handle with all windows down and full ac on full. inside cab temp is over 100 degrees with ac on . I am a U-haul dealer in Inver Grove Heights MN Tom Wernet GD030501 651-457-1613

We adore the guy that owns the Shell Station in Burnsville. He makes us laugh and we enjoy his chocolate lab hanging around the store:)

Online/phone reservation system is a joke. My partner sat on hold for over an hour to reserve a truck, only to get a call back from the local store stating the reservation he was helped to make was not available. I attempted to reserve a truck online and had the same issue. How come I can purchase a bottle of hair spray from store stock to pick up an hour later, when you can't keep a clear record of where trucks are located and available?

Very comfortable meeting with the owner and his briwn lab.

The left tail light was damaged on the car dolley. Not a big deal as I was still able to get the job done.

When I needed to adjust the miles, the sales rep couldn't connect to change the input and now I'm getting charged 500 dollars

The manager knew who I was even before I walked in the door when returning the trailer, that's pretty good service.

Service was great and friendly! Please double check a customers hitch and ball set up to ensure safety of not only them but for your equipment. My ball was not super tight which I did admit but it was not double checked. I was able to get it more secure for the trip so no harm no foul just a future reference.

Mike at Shell is a Super nice guy. He also has the best bait around the cities.
