I like Bulls Conoco but this time was a very negative experience. We came from 3 hrs away and used the online checkout per email instructions and it said no equipment was assigned to my contract for online checkout. I then waited on hold for 40 minutes only to be told the equipment was now assigned after I had returned to our house. We returned 30 minutes later and went though the process only to find out no key was in the lockbox. So we went home 12 miles away again and decided to return in the morning where they are really not open even though they list it open at 9am. It is a gas station so someone was able to call the U-Haul manager and find the key. Very frustrating. The truck had high mileage and the brakes squeeked loudly once depressed. The back was nasty with dirt everywhere. I would like to be compensated for this rental due to needing the truck that night to pack and leave early. We weren't able to leave until late afternoon which was very frustrating.

Same as above! Not helpful, rude, and tried to nickel and dime us for everything. Thinks he can treat people any way he wants because he is the only show in town. The owner was a complete jerk to us in an obvious terrible situation.

Well, it could have gone better. Very small remote town & I am trying make any waves whatsoever. I had to rent & move & unload myself unplanned...last minute & it was the most stressfull rental & move in my 60+yrs. Anyway gonna do it it again next wk 2 hr drive to my storage unit & bk & hope to get the 15 ft again. I have no choice, have to do it by Wednes 25th I just learned today so hoping Mike & Jr have one for Tues ...thank you. They are are very nice at Bulls...no complaints.

Rock Spring was bad no truck on 5/17/19 was ordered on 5/2/19 they sent us to Lander Wy 116 miles away they were not there was sent to Dubois another 1.5 hours they were excellent.

The only difficulty was the dealer in NM put my contact on my phone that died on the way home. Therefore I had no contact to give the dealer until 7/23/18. I dropped the trailer with the dealer 7/21/18. Next time I will get a paper contact from the dealer.

Easy location to teturn if you are adept at backing the trailer into a rather tight lot (I am). I'm sure they would have done it for someone but the attendant at the counter didn't offer.
