Truck was very dirty, outside was covered in dirt and the box looked like it was mopped with a dirty wet mop.

JAMES S.the prolblem was actually with the automated rental your app did not work as advertised and the "quick simple" rental process took 2 hours. also with the delay we were charged for movers that we got through go uhaul and we have not been able to get the chrges reversed.
Raymond R.Charged extra and did not call or email or provide a reasoning just did it. Ask for help from uhaul as to why you simply don't call and explain extra charges and still have no received a response. Quick to charge extra to the card but can't communicate.
Jentry H.We were initially pleased but when we got our receipt we were charged for twice the miles we had actually driven. Corporate UHaul frustratingly did not have gps to back up our actual mileage driven and would not adjust the overcharge. When we checked the vehicle in, we were owed two miles so we did not insist the mileage be verified when the attendant asked for the keys. Later, a photo with an extra 41 miles was taken and attached to our checkin documents. We were charged for those extra miles.

Jeffrey M.Inside of truck was super dirty, smelled, and had trash. Truck was not marked with all the dings and scratches for record keeping. Looks like the trucks do not get properly checked in.

GARY E.The customer service woman was so rude to me. She literally said “ you can do whatever you want.†Not helpful at all- said she didn't know anything about online reservations. And I was overcharged an additional $15 with no explanation.

raymon S.Location finder - add turn on Safari Website to your instructions. Sitting on hold for 30 minutes to be told that feature needed to be on was Ridiculous. I've spoken to 2 other people yesterday who had the same problem.
