I ordered blankets but they werent in the truck when picking up before their morning open time. However, the woman who helped me thru the 24/7 pickup process on the phone (the morning of 12/09/22) was the BEST customer support person I have ever had the pleasure to assist me! I checked in online and went in to get the key like the website told me to but I was told that wasn't the process when I walked in and I had to wait for 30 minutes before someone even tried to help me. She couldn't print my contract or email it to me and then she finally gave up out of frustration and handed me the key. I asked where the truck was and she told me â€œsomewhere out thereâ€. I walked the line of trucks attempting to open each one just to return to the counter to let her know the key didn't work for any of them. I told her it looked like there was a truck across the street behind the locked gates. Turned out to be the one. She didn't have me verify mileage or gas. I returned the truck with more gas than I even used and now I am being told I will be charged for it. I have no way to prove that I overfilled it because they never had me verify it! They want to charge me over $100 extra than what I already paid because of their error. When I tried to straighten it out on the phone I was told if I didn't just pay it that I wouldn't be able to rent from uhaul again.Christine B.

Not sure. Their was a mandatory UHaul meeting scheduled for the time of my pickup. The meeting started late and lasted longer than scheduled and left me waiting 55 minutes for my pick up. This made my person who gave me a ride rather angry.TARA M.

With the U-haul location just 10 minutes away, this location is not helpful The location is hard to find and directions were unclear. The storage lease manager was not helpful at all. It just gave a bad impression. The loacafion says the are open by 9. But when I got there the lease manager said they wouldn't be there until 10 am. So I disconnected the trailer unit on my own The website check in was clear cut. So that was good. But after passing the location 3 times due to poor directions, I was somewhat annoyed. I was not prepared to disconnect the trailer. I was dressed up as I was headed to a party after. They should be there by 8 or nine.Jeffrey M.
Tell employees not to smoke, while assisting customers. It's gross. Have a few necessities (plugs, etc) available. Lower your insurance price. Allow one-way rentals for open trailers.tracy L.

The equipment was clean and the man who helped me was extremely polite and professional. When I got the trailer to my friends house her husband noticed that the tires were low on air. I was driving 1,200 miles and this could have caused a problem. He added air to the tires before I left. It would be nice if Uhaul checked this before sending a trailer on the road.heather L.

I called to add insurance to my reservation and was told by Cecelia that I was all set, but she neglected to tell me that my truck wasn't in Flagstaff , but would have to be picked up in Prescott Valley. My contract stated I would get a call before 6 pm on the 24th to verify the pick up site but I was never contacted. We spoke to Robert on Mon morning and he was apologetic and gave me a $500 discount, but we still had to drive 3 hr round trip to pick up the truck which put us 3 hr behind.. and I was not happy.Eric G.
The pin that holds the ramp up had been tweeked/bent and was hard to dis-engage and engage. I did not notice this at time of pickup. It took a rubber mallet to dis-engage the keeper pin.Michael P.

I had confirmed 3 times that they would have a car hauler ready for me. When I arrived they did in fact have 4 units. But they were all "the wrong serial number" and not available for rental. I ended up going to another uhaul site and wasting several hours on a very tight schedule. The trailer I ended up with was fine and got the job done.john M.

Maybe UHaul could purchase some diesel fuel trucks to save on fuel expense. 1100 mile cost $500 for fuel. Otherwise, uhaul staff were awesome! They were flexible with return date without added fees! Trucks clean and fairly comfy.Carol D.
