Check in took 45 mins. Went to drop it off within the 4 hours and the lady was on break so the other worker told me to come back when she gets there. I proceeded to say no then he said we can leave the keys and she’ll call us. Never got a call back. Not worth $140

Elizabeth TThis contract was a nightmare from the begining. Wanted a 10 ft box truck and ended up getting a 26 footer at a diferent location. Wasted my pick up closing time and endedup paying $140 on a hotel rental as well as over $120 in gas because of droving a nearly empty giant truck. Very bad scheduling and real time inventory system. Poor !!

John MThis site was substituted as my original pick up location did not have the truck I reserved. The facility was on a side road with very easy access. Although I was driven by a friend, there is ample and easy parking if I had come myself and left my car. Liza helped me with the license down load. That took too much time and frustration, but she and I belive her husband stuck with me and finally got the license squared away. Change that back to making copies at the facility. Not all of us are savy and quick with: apps, downloads, and photos. Good facility, good truck, and good folks running the rentals.

The trailer was not available at the desired pick up location and then had to be dropped back off to the location I had to pick it up from which was over 30 minutes away. The uhaul company reported they couldn't get the trailer over the my location but they had over 24 hour notice.

I did but now they tell me I when I brought it back I should have taken a pic. And sense this was your first time getting and bringing backs vechile not full. They charge me $40,00 gas fee for about a fifteen mile run. I think that iwas a lousy was to run a business. I brought it back the way I rented it.

Robert LI received two text messages from U-Haul giving me two different locations to drop off the truck and car hauler. I choose the location nearest my destination point but the system wouldn't allow me to use that location and I had to drive north several miles to the other location to drop off equipment. Also, when trying to utilize the website for the drop off location, it never would recognize that location on my IPhone. Frustrating!

Jane DI highly recommend Buchalla for U-Haul rental. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. I have rented U-Hauls at other locations in the area, and none of them come close to the service, quickness, and ease of service I received at Buchalla.
Victoria FOur U-Haul contact and dealer did a very good job getting us off to a successful transfer. I wish we had gotten a larger truck. We could not transfer all of our belongings in one trip. Nevertheless, we will likely use you again.
