The price. I quoted it and then the day of it was more. I budgeted my money to the last penny so it was an inconvenience. The location was Amazing tho, easy to find, clean, and the people there was more than happy to help me get my key & tell me how to return it as this is the first time I’ve ever used a hauling service. Good for them!

I only used this u haul for 3 hrs. I recently put my house up for sale and am slowly moving things out. I don't understand why you don't refund the safe move insurance you charge when the truck is returned in perfect condition. I will still need it again, but not if it cost $15 more each time.

The staff was very friendly and personable. Most of the things in the truck didn't work, the worst thing was not being able to adjust the mirrors. Very hard to drive/park like that. The shocks were not good, so it was a very bumpy ride, not what you want when moving things even strapped down.

Drop off place Closed on Sundays. Had trouble getting cell phone to allow location services. Had to take pictures to prove drop off - minor inconvenience.

You need to put a jack on the tongue of this trailer! I am a small woman & I had a heck of a time trying to get unhitched by myself!! If I wouldn't have had a big screwdriver & a small bottle-jack in my truck, I would have had to try to flag someone down to help me get it unhitched! And that's not exactly the safest thing to do in this day & age. Jacks are not that expensive...especially compared to a lawsuit if someone would hurt themselves un-hooking the trailer. They could drop the tongue on their foot or hurt their back trying to lift the thing off the ball. A trailer jack only costs something like $40-$60. Cheap @ twice the price, when you compare it to someone getting hurt! You spent all that $$ on the fancy breakaway system on the tongue & make a big point of requiring the dealer to take a picture of the safety cables after the trailer was hitched up....but something as simple as having a trailer jack is too expensive? Come on UHaul - get it together!

I had this set up for 24/7 pickup where they text you the code for keys. I arrived at my 8am pickup time and logged in my account for contactless pick up. It changed it to waiting two more hours until the carry out business opened. I had ppl waiting to help me and they had to sit and wait. The guy just didn’t see the reservation type and tried to blame me. I showed him my emails and texts that confirmed I was supposed to have 24/7 and he just brushed it off. Must be nice to just shrug things off as whatever and blame the customer.

Made suggestion to repair tire hold down strap. I used our own straps because one side looked like it had been cut. It was too short to fit over tires and be held by ratchet. Good service from Bubby’s employees!

My problem wasn't with the pickup or drop off locations. It was the overall experience. I called the 1-800 number to reserve a 10ft truck where I needed it. While driving to the location they gave me. First, they redirected me to another area 55 miles away. Since I really needed to rent this truck, I went the 55 miles picked up the truck drove back. They only allow you 125 miles with their plans. So after loading the truck, I had to drive to my final destination, which was 104 miles away. So I already knew I would be going over their mileage cap, which I think is ridiculous considering I was going to a U-Haul near the location I was currently at but then had to drive farther away to get a truck. They offered me the insurance plan for $14.00. That was it. It made it seem like that would take all coverage. There is an additional $5 charge in case you lock the keys in the truck. Not being informed of this, my party accidentally left the keys in the truck. We had to wait at a gas station for over 3 hours for a locksmith that charged an additional $75 to unlock the truck. U-Haul said they couldn't do anything because I didn't pay a $5 fee when I picked up the truck. My subsequent complaint is about the refueling. I understand that when I am given a truck at a 5/8 a tank, I need to refill it to a 5/8 a tank. Since that is pretty hard to gauge when filling up a truck, I filled it, $80 later. I go to drop off the truck. The person informs me that I went over their mileage, so I must pay for the rest. I said I understood that, but I filled up the tank. There is nothing they can do about that but thank you. So they charged my card for another additional $30. So I am wondering if I would have just dropped off the truck without refilling and just paid them to do it and the extra miles if I would have saved any money. Probably not… Worst experience with a moving company ever!
