Simple and easy drop off
Tenny R.Check in was simple and quick. The pick up location was very clean and organized. The lady was very nice.
Jenny M.Although it did ride good it had check engine light on during the move as I was told about also driver side broken view mirror. I don't know why it had tape on the window but guess. It was repaired or what but had tape on it. I had to drive from Terrell to Will Point,Tx and that location was on the outside of Wills Point East of it to top it off.

Edward L. | Overall ExperienceThe day I went to pick up the Uhaul, the locations was closed. The keys to the uhaul were in a box that needed a code to get them out. It took almost an hour on the phone to get access to the uhaul. Which started my day to move an hour later than planned. Seems like the process at uhaul needs some work.

Cody F. | Overall ExperienceI was locked out of my unit for over a month because their lock jammed up, and secondly when your paying with a card and you change cards I told them not to charge one card and to remove that card and I was coming to give a new card, well I was on my way and they did it anyways. It just doesn't sit well with me I will never use this facility again nor recommend it to anyone...

I asked her to please be sure to note it. She told me to go on my phone & report it. I told her NO & asked if that wasn't her job. Her reporting it would me logical. Me reporting it would look like I did it & then tried to report it. She finally said she would report it & placed a sticker on the dent..................I also got the attendant's LIFE STORY without asking. Chit chat is nice but it was definitely TOO MUCH INFORMATION!!
Lynda A.1) CLEAN you vehicles! Change the oil, have air in tires & ready to rent. 2) Website describes what renter needs to do to check in, yet upon arrival, you have to wait on the attendant to do everything all over again!

Melodi D. | ReservaciónThis location was closed on the day I returned the rental. I followed the return instructions to the tee. When the location reopened today, my rental was not entered as “returned†in a timely fashion and I was charged an additional day unnecessarily. Having to call and sort out the details again was very frustrating just to be refunded what should not have been charged in the first place. Uhaul needs to revisit their process for renting vehicles to make them more streamlined and to stop trying to nickel and dime everyone to death. This was my second bad experience and I'm doubtful I will rent or recommend them to anyone in the future.

Kemon B.Would have been easier if they were open on Sundays. When I scheduled the pickup for Sunday they mentioned the app/uhaul website, but they didn't say how many forms I'd have to complete online, so I had to stand out in the sun filling it out for a long time before getting the key.

Charles R.It was very confusing. The trucks were at one location and we had to search for the office up the road a bit. The building beside the trucks was empty. We were very confused! Realized when we got there that they were closed for the day, had to call another location to find out there should be a drop box, then had to search for it. I'm sure it would have been much easier had we got there before it closed (we took for granted same hours as pick up location), but it was rather confusing. Might benefit from more instruction signs.

harry D.Mitzy was amazing. She was delightful. Helpful, efficient and patient. These are all great customer service characteristics. As consumers sometimes we get to be on the receiving end of these qualities but not to be compared to the caliber of service I received from Mitzy. Inside I was so extremely stressed over my move. She was very pleasant and even diffused some of my stress without even realizing it. I appreciate her very much.

David G.They were undergoing expansion so the lot was not finished. I was able to drop the trailer but I had to leave the property, travel on the highway about 200 yards, u-turn into the parking lot to drop the trailer. The lady was very nice and helpful so it was not a bad experience.
GARRY GRACE M.Know your equipment in reference to customer's needs. Truck was too small for our needs. We asked for the second largest truck size and we got the 3rd largest size truck. We had to do our own inspection of the vehicle and took picture of unmarked damage area. May have been overcharged. Could not find out the difference in prices of the 2 vehicles.
