Nice staff
HARRY DCody and his co-worker were very helpful n respectful to me. They didn't mind having to explain twice because of my hearing I've used uhaul before in 1993 Miami to Grand Prairie. So yes I highly recommend the Uhaul company. Thank you for being there in my time of need

GLENN AWhen we went to receive our 26' truck it was missing a light on front. Looked old. We drove 6 miles to our house and parked it and loaded it up. When we left the house to move into our new house the serpentine belt fell off. This delayed our move by a couple of days. Terrible truck. We even asked for the newer looking truck before leaving the site. We were told no.

William STruck was so dirty and full of dog hair. The white guy wasn't to please about my complain. The other was helpful and did a great job cleaning up. For which I'm thankful, as I have terrible allergies.

Rudy DThe attendant did not help us unhook the trailer and get it put up. They were in the golf cart when we arrived. They could have driven out for 10 minutes. Not the service I have had in the past. We will not rent from this location again. We are senior citizens.

Ivan SThe truck and service was great. The only problem at all was the passenger side windshield wiper was not attached properly and it poured with rain my entire drive. When I pilled the wiper arm away from the windshield to clean it the wiper blade came off. If the windshield had been cleaned before I picked it up this would have been discovered. Luckily it stayed on from the pressure of the arm against the windshield. Other then that the truck was new and amazing and efficient.
MATTHEW PYou charged me $62.00 for gas that would have cost me maybe 20, because out in the country it was a long ways from gas station and I had to get there. That is ridiculous after charging me $ 190 to move 48 miles. Definitely overcharging me and your customers. Wtf happened to $19.95 a day? I should get a refund.

Amber MPrices. You guys can't quote someone a price and then when they return the items it's a whole other amount. It's misleading and unfair. In this day and age I believe everyone including companies should do everything they can to please their customers. Starting by not over charging. I'm speaking about U-HAUL as a whole. Not this location. They were very kind people!
Apryl HI've rented trailers and tow dollies from here over a dozen times in the past 3 years. Outstanding!!! Fast, courteous and prepared is all I can say. Great experience.

James HThe App didn't work properly. It doesn't let you to upload the photos. It took us like 30 mints and we had to call U-Haul customer service. We have to use the website on Chrome in order to do it.

I signed the contract the next day and was hoping to have my boat there the next day, but I told the manager that many times I come in late at night from the lake and I needed 24-7 access. They wanted to charge me $15.00 extra for that which doesn't cost them a red cent. I told them I was not paying $180.00 a year more and they would not budge, so I told them to cancel my contract. Very disappointing and bad customer service. I'm surprised they didn't have a fee for my vehicle being black.

I didn't know what to expect when I opened the door for the first time after 6 years but I didn't expect it to stay perfect either. Everything got kinda dusty and dirty but what can you expect, the units are outside...but it all stayed dry as far as I can tell which is all I cared about. Very nice people. Only thing I wished is that there was trash cans or dumpster available so I could have thrown some stuff away and more lights would be good but overall it's a great place...secure...many cameras...wide aisles with plenty of room for the biggest U-Haul trucks to get around and staff was great... highly recommend and would use again!

Stephen M | Overall ExperienceI rented 2 parking spots for my trucking business to store my trucks every day after the drivers finished running. We are in the gravel and sand business, so we needed a place to park every night and all weekend. This facility is perfect for this! However, if you are a small business and are forced to do your own maintenance and repair, they do not allow this type of work to be done on their lot. The facility is well lit up front where the buildings are but toward the back where trucks park the lighting is practically non-existent. Security was great with the entrance gate being code access and we paid for the 24/7 access due to our operating hours so this was a huge benefit for us and the way that we operate. Location is great and the office staff that I dealt with were EXCELLENT!! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone, I would just encourage people to make a plan for maintenance, cleaning, and repair of your rigs if for whatever reason you do that yourself.
