Having to make phone calls to 2 people is just a waste of time when only a simple question is asked. Abolish this unnecessary waste of time and just proceed with license verification. The question that is asked holds no merit to continue

MICHAEL QThe online portal for reservations and returns isn't very user friendly. Making reservations takes much longer than it should because of all the upselling attempts on the site. A customer should be able to simply reserve the equipment they need without having to answer multiple questions about other equipment they don't need. The return process on the app is clunky too, especially after hours.......it might go faster if customers are prepared for all the info and pics that will be required BEFORE they can even drop off the keys.

LASH SThe site was very easy to navigate and find with clear signage. The truck was loaded with all the materials I needed.
Megan KSuper easy pickup, had my truck and dolly I requested ready and waiting at pickup. Truck had miles on it, but drove well. No problems accelerating or braking, even when the truck was fully loaded. Super easy return as well. Will use again!

Kent WLocation and people were great, but our location was changed at the last minute when we had booked over a week in advance. This added at least ten more miles onto our drive. So our whole time was thrown and we had to pay more. Probably wouldn't recommend.

LATASHA F | ReservationI was disappointed because we were called and told we had to change sites for pickup/dropoff and not compensated for the additional miles it added to our trips. We also had several of our cardboard boxes and wooden furniture pieces damaged due to the roof of the truck leaking during the storm on Sunday night. When we reported the leak and damages the employee just thanked us for letting her know.

BENNIE JAfter delivering the truck, the employee stated we were a little lower on the gas than when picked up. She said she figured she would let us know so that we didn't get charged the higher amount in gas from Haul if we preferred to do ourselves. Of course we preferred to add the extra gas. Before we left to get the gas she said when you come back just park the truck in the other parking lot and we agreed. We got the gas at the Chevron next door to BTA and parked the truck where she requested. She didn't come out to check the gas while we were there and we failed to get confirmation that the gas was sufficient. Two days later I was charged $60 by them. I'm assuming it was for gas. So they charged ne ANYWAY for gas that I had put in there to satisfy the insufficeny. This is terrible customer service from BTA. If the $60 wasn't for gas there shouldn't have been a charge without my knowing and or permission.

DOUGLAS WMy storage unit wasn't cleaned out, as I was told it would be before I brought my belongings back the same day, it was full of bugs. I can't access my account online because it's still showing a canceled reservation. I'm over the entire experience with this place. If it wasn't 100+ degrees I would unpack my unit and move somewhere else.
