first of ALL this location the guy who helped us was late even though the building and Uhaul pick up is 8:00AM. the guy didnt show up until 8:10 and got the Uhaul 8:30AM. I order the Uhaul setp23, 2024. By the time got there one available without no work air-condition. still gave to us without a choice!! terrible lazy man!!

MICHAEL MYour service person who was sent to help me fix the battery problem didn't fix it my step dad fixed later turns out the battery problem was the negative was extremely loose the service person told me that was the problem but did not tighten the negative he just jumped the truck and left.

Samuel SI was overcharged and it was extremely difficult to return the rental on a Saturday afternoon as this location was closed and the facility is locked with no way to enter. I lucked out after a hour and someone was leaving and I was able to pull in at the same time.
Iyawna DI gotta charged twice for the same rental!!! Once for four days, then when I turned it in a day early, I got charged another 3 days fees!!! Total loss for words.

Brian MWhere the trailers and trucks are parked in a slope which I got stuck and was waiting 5 hours to be pulled out when dropping off the trailer. It would have been nice to not have them parked where they are or a heads up to not pull through because you will get stuck

Thomas LWhoever I spoke to on the phone was really rude. Called to get the code for an after hours drop off on a Saturday and he did not want me to get the code. Wanted me to bring it back on a Monday. I was heading back to Georgia on Saturday and would not be in the area. He was very sarcastic and not helpful. The location was well kept and clean with plenty of room, but I would not use location again, due to his attitude. He even had the nerve to say, he don't understand why U-Haul allow people to do after hour drops. I do not recommend at all.

Robin OI put the exact amount of gas in that I started with. I took pictures for the app, and set the same amount at the beginning and the end. Would not recommend U-haul to anyone as there is always a problem each time no matter what location you use. They also tried to charge me extra for being late because this location is a closed gate area and I did not have the code. I had to call U-Haul to get it.

Phillip SThis whole experience was a nightmare EXCEPT for the interactions with the lady at the pick up station. They called and changed my pick up location to over an hour away. They gave me 80 extra miles, but would not give me a waiver for gas. All I wanted was a waiver for at least a quarter tank of gas since I had to drive so far to my place that we were moving from. Customer service on my phone was horrible. Long waits. Wrong transfers. Customer service not being able to help. Uncaring. Sarcastic. I spent $112 on gas because I had to drive a whole hour out of the way. A quarter of a tank waiver would be nice. Customer service CLAIMS that they gave me a discount for the extra miles of $13 I believe. THIS IS NOT TRUE!! Online the price was $125 or whatever it was that I paid. It was $120 something. So let this count was already there. Not because of my inconvenience. I turn in was even worse. I'm not sure if there is an extra section for that, but if there is you will hear about that too. I think I will try another company next time and will not, I repeat, WILL NOT, recommend U-Haul to anyone.
Lillian CNo one was there during office hours and when I called to see what to do to check the trailer in she said she would do it if we just left the trailer there. After 24 hrs i figured out how ti do it online myself because the trailer still hadn't been checked in by the business.

Ashley HVery stressful. I don't use my internet on cell phone. I'm 71 and not understand how I was suppose to do things. Internet would not down load uhaul. First they wanted us to drive to another town to get 20'. We found 26' in my town. We were helped by a man in OKC who did things over the phone. Too hard for older adults bad experience

Robert CHave your gate open& an employee present so customer can get in. Tell where truck IS LOCATED & ACCESS TO LOCK BOX & KEY so it doesn't take 4hrs in 84° having to contact help in Tennessee and Ohio to obtain truck & CUT INTO rental time alowed
