1st of all I would like to say I rented here before and the atmosphere and service was great. So that is why I came back there even moving out of my county. I could of got a uhaul cheaper oser to me. But like I said the service was great last time. This time my truck broke down on me chasing me to have to get it towed. I was greatful the tow company went out of his way and out of county to drop me off at the uhaul place, which cost me extra on my tow bill. Anyways, I had rented the uhaul for 7am pick up. It was after that when I was going to get the uhaul due to the broken truck and tow ride. I called the place of pick up for the uhaul and explain that I still want my uhaul bit I pwuld be late cause my truck broke and i was waiting on a tow truck driver. He said that is ok, that he will change the time to 10am for pick up and if I made it there early or late, at least before 12pm that i would be fine. Well, by the time i got there and left his place it was close to 8am. He did not even take time to help adjust my mirrors So I left not b8eng able to see it of them. I only got 2 counties down the road when I tried to stop to 2 different usual places to have one close and another an older lady who could not help and told me i needed a certain screw driver to adjust it. I nearly returned it on the stop. I was so frustrated. I drove nearly 500 miles, give or take completely upset. It took much longer beciase I could not move my self in traffic ike usually if my mirrors was well adjusted. You see last time i could not adjusted it and he did and I left and was a happy little camper. Anyway, because of this delay and getting back later than we thought that night, after 9pm. We were tired and exhausted from the frustrating we did not unload until 5 am the next morning. Giving us only a few hours of sleep. It was me with fractured ribs from a recent assualt who couldn't help much and my young daughter. Also I told him we wanted the same rental package as last time had we didnt get the dolly so that sucked too. We ended up really lost for time. However at 5 am we ended up unloading the uhual. By 7am I called to tel lhim we might be a little late becuase we didnt have a dolly from him and becuase the mirrors were not adjusted and it was not a good trip becuase i fought in the traffict o see to not hit another vehicle traveling over 500 miles. He siad no problem as ling as you have it back before 12pm. I siad it will lbe there asap. So when I got there he was busy working on another lady tow pull behind her vehicle. So I was stuck waiting in the parking lot and inside of thebuilding. Bu tje time he a tually check me out was wel later 9am .I was sofrustrated and never thought he would actually charge me for a 2nd day rental becuase I trusted him when he siad he would not. He was extremely rude when he checked me out. I thought wow he must be ha8vng a bad day and it's just early. But he really got me in funds. It was than that I decided no matter how many tim

There was what looked as if someone attempted to clean mud out of back of truck and mud still on ramp. Other than that no issues love using brown's for our uhaul rental and will use and recommend then for future use.
