I rented a 17’ truck for 3 hrs and drove 18 miles, maybe used a gallon of gas and was charged $140. I will never use u-haul again. Total rip off!!!

Make sure that matters what color you are, we all still shed the same color blood when we bleed. We didn't get serviced at all and my husband was pissed. It wasn't clean and the Back wasn't cleaned from degree from others move. I refuse to clean that out. I only had for beds to move and a whole TV and entertainment center and was back by 5 to turn in ...

Truck was clean but AC did not always work properly- ac would cut off after a while and you would have to roll down the windows to cool off. The passenger side door to the cabin would not open from the outside, had to open it from the inside. The oil change light was on.

Put on the advertisement on the trucks that it is plus .89 a mile This makes the cost I times the advertised amount. This could hurt someone who only has the 20 bucks plus gas. I'm just saying.

The truck infested with little roaches. We did not see them until after we moved. First noticed when returning the truck because they were attracted to drinks in cup holder. Coming from the dashboard and had to drive 45 mins to return the truck. Asked for manager and they said he was at lunch. Offered to sell me products from the store to treat roaches at my home. WHAT!!!!!!!! Renovations are not even completed yet and now I have to deal with roaches from moving truck. That should be a health violation. The truck should be taken out of the fleet until fumigated. I should have been charged for rental and they should be responsible for fumigating my home

The gentleman at Brothers Ace Hardware listened to me as I told him about how I had been changed in the system and essentially had to reapply, he couldn't understand why the app wasn't able to simply transfer the pick up location, he commented the truck should NOT have been rented with no AC, he was going to let it sit and look for leaking fluid. This was a different return location than the one I chose, the one I chose was closer to my house....felt like I was working for U Haul, delivering their broken truck to where they told me......BTW, this review link FINALLY worked, received this late tonight after many attempts.

I recommend the U-Haul representative walk around the equipment with the renter and make sure everything matches the renters contract like mileage and gas amount in the vehicle. The employee here did not know what to do when mileage did not match up and did not know how to get into contact with U-Haul.

I wish I had known the 10ft truck didn't have a ramp to load items, I didn't look before renting and everyother one I passed on interstate and saw that weekend had the ramp. Made it hard to load and unload vs ramp

Truck tires in poor condition and they knew it. Should be ashamed to rent to someone a vehicle that is unsafe. Tire pressure can’t be maintained in 2 tires. Had to stop 6 times and spend my money Never again will I rent from uhaul.

1. The truck had not been swept out. 2. Cup holder was sticky and dirty. 3. But the biggest issue we had was this: Inside the back of the truck, printed on the outside of the furniture pad holder, is an advertisement that says: "Move Deal - 6 pads and a Utility Dolly for $10". When we went back in to ask about since we were renting a dolly, we were told ours was an appliance dolly and they didn't have have a utility dolly. I didn't quite get what he said about the pads and didn't ask him to repeat it because it was clear we weren't getting them.

The truck was clean. The dash lights were not working while driving at night. I notified them the next day, and they thanked me for mentioning it. Great folks to do business with. I would like to see U-Haul add d-rings for tie downs. Ratchet straps would be faster to use. U-Haul is who I use when I move.

My only problem was that I was charged an extra day… which I did have an extra day but…. I have to go to 2 different places to pick up the truck because where I originally reserved my reservation the truck I ordered they didn’t have when I was on my way for my pick up time someone called me from Uhaul and said that the truck I was supposed to get wasn’t at my pick up place location. So they told me to go to Morales off of Airline which was about a 5 mile difference from my original location. So then Morales tells me I need to go to Ace Hardware off of Millerville way across town and so by then I didn’t get the truck until 10:45 almost an hour an half later than my 9:30 appointment …. So by time I leave with the uhaul truck and go back to my destination the 2 guys I had paid to help me move had to go to another job they had planned already cause I was late getting the uhaul truck and driving to 2 different places besides my original location that I was supposed to pick up my reservation. My helpers had to leave to go to another job so I had no choice but to keep the truck for another day so my guys came back the next day and had to move me then. So I really don’t think that it’s fair to charge me for an extra day of $29.95 because of that my truck wasn’t ready at my original reservation place to pick up. And I was late because of that.. and had to have my guys come the next day to move me..

Just bring your ID your credit card and you're good to go. Also the dolly and lock aren't included but you can rent the dolly from them, also the lock. But we just used the one from the storage unit. So the whole process took less than 20 mins.

I rented the truck and had to push my reservation back by an hour due to thunderstorms. They moved the reservation but not the return time. It was storming most of the time I was trying to move so it was challenging. I spoke to the dealer and they still insisted on me bringing it back at 4:00 even after I communicated to him I was on my last load and we were delayed due to weather conditions. The service light came on while we were dropping off the first load of furniture all together we had two loads. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
