Shannon HI have rented many U-Hauls in the past. This location has to be by far the worst. I put in all the information including credit card information. When I arrived for my pick up they had none of the information. They then told me I'd have to rent one of their appliance dollys which was part of my online reservation because they didn't have one from U-Haul. Overall not a great customer experience this location spent 10 minutes telling me how U-Haul is not great to work with and that they don't provide the necessary equipment. I will not work with this location again.

JENNIFER PIndicating that I need to return the trailer at 11pm and the clerk didn't mention until after I paid their gates close at 6 pm. They don't provide a code or a way for extending drop offs. Why even give the option for a late drop off if you can't even do the minimum.
Larry OGet nicer people to work there for one thing they were very rude then I got charged 50 something more dollars than what I should have I should only been charged like 30 more dollars I will never recommend or ever use this again

Diego RTruck was really loud and the exhaust fumes were terrible, almost to the point it made me sick driving it for an hour. Has an obvious exhaust problem, made it miserable to drive.

Jennifer BI rented a trailer and when I returned it I had a difficult time unhooking it from the truck. There was no one there after hours and the trailer did NOT have a Jack installed on the trailer. I am older and have suffered with back troubles. An attached Jack would keep someone from getting hurt Thanks
Rodger CPLEASE get your app fixed! It literally never works properly from either not recognizing a reservation number, to not uploading ID photos and not recognizing the credit card on file for return even though all info displayed is correct. It is very frustrating!

Michael SThey were very rude. I called because I was running a little late getting the van they gave us back (we reserved a truck). They said they had no trucks there. Then as I'm running late the guy tells me he is charging me an extra day but I needed to bring it back because it was already reserved to be picked up. So essentially they made me think I was getting a truck, I got a van. They charged me 2 days and only allowed me to use it 1

MICHAEL WIt's a great place to rent from. However if you're a half hour late then they charge you for a full day. That's absolutely ridiculous. It should be prorated. Plus it should be known ahead of time that if you're a little late by a half hour that you have to pay for a full day.

Keith FCan you put running boards on the pickups? It's hard for us short people to get in those trucks. The service was excellent!

Wayne RClean the inside of the truck with an armor all or sani wipe. The steering wheel, arm rests and cup holders were gross. I wiped them down with my personal stuff and the towel was black. The expectation is for the customer to bring the vehicle back perfect but that is not how the vehicle is loaned to you. Also, please don't assume that everyone has internet on their phone. I think it's ridiculous to charge someone $20 to check in a vehicle just because they can't do it from the text message sent to the phone. So, I had to make a trip back to the UHAUL dealer to check in my rental which was not necessary AT ALL.
Tamra GWhen we had a problem we found out they were an independent dealer and that made trying to fix things even harder than if they were full uhaul only dealer
Bryan GDriver side tail light and side marker light were not functioning. Had to drive through the night with only passenger side tail light visible. Fortunately brake lights and turn signals were functioning okay.
