The attendant working at the gas station didn't have any knowledge on the Uhaul end of the business. She was truthful and kind but not knowledgeable.
CAMRYN FI initially reserved a 10' moving truck but was told they couldn't find the 10' truck and offered a 15' instead which was much larger than needed. To pick up the truck we had to finish paperwork on a tablet which the clerk did not know how to use forcing us to navigate all of the forms. The key for the truck was in one of 3 lock box's that the clerk didn't know what lock box had the key. We were given several codes and had to search for the key. Taking photos of the truck after picking up was frustrating as the photos wouldn't save for some reason and we needed to request a new link to complete the process. Overall disappointing.
Dylan SI wish the connection for the notebook to uhaul would have worked better. But I was very satisfied with the service I received.
Pauline G2nd time returning to this location in 2 weeks. Neither cashier was knowledgeable on how to return the rental. I contacted the U-Haul customer service 800 number. The first time the lady was very helpful, sending me a contact email to send pictures of the rental, showing the gas station in the background along with the date and time. I was emailed a receipt. Yesterday was an entirely different experience. The customer service person, I think her name was Bianca, was not at all helpful. She said she would call the return facility herself, which she must not have done. I asked how I would know everything was complete with no issues. She told me she would call me back if there was. I took it upon myself to call the 800 number again to find out the status of the return. I was told the return still showed open, and that I needed to contact the return facility to get this done. I explained the cashiers were NOT knowledgeable of anything U-Haul. Apparently this was NOT her problem. Excuse me, but what?? Why is this MY problem?? If a facility does not understand how to process ANY PART of a rental, they should NOT be a U-Haul associate. I assure you this will not happen again. One of the worse customer service experiences i have ever had.
