Pick up location was friendly and courteous. I was expecting a confirmation phone call on saturday or sunday that the truck would be available on Monday. I did not receive that phone call or have a missed call regarding this.

MICHAEL VAUGHANThe moron in Brookings where we dropped it off tried to blame the check engine light on us. And then said that we put a big scratch on the top of the moving van, NOT TRUE and. Stated that it was not his problem that we did not have a pic of that area. And I had the extra Insurance so he was gonna bill the insurance. We did not do it! Won’t deal with Brookings again, the guy lives in a van out it from of the store, maybe reconsider who you hire .

Jennifer Lopez-StoneI tried using the app to check out as I was instructed, wouldn't work. So I tried calling the uhaul number and it wouldn't connect. I finally just called the store as I was an after hours returner, and left them a voicemail.
Jennifer MahanMy only concern was that it was not clear that I was checked in. When I dropped off the trailer, the gentleman there was great help in getting the trailer parked and disconnected, but then I thought he would check us in. I checked the app that evening, and it did not seem that I was checked in! So, the next day, I went by, used the app (took the pictures as needed), and completed the check in. Fortunately, I had come in early, so I was still on time. But, this lack of clarity could have caused trouble with late fees, etc. if we had not been early and if I had not followed up to be sure we were completely done!
