It would be nice If when you call the 1800 number to make a reservation that they would actually notify you that you are on E alert and help you fix it, instead of waiting to let you find out when you show up that you can't rent

The truck I rented had over 176,000 miles. It doesn't run well. It needs a tune-up at least, and probably needs to be taken out of the fleet. It definitely doesn't need to be rented for anything but local use. I've rented UHaul trucks many times over the years and this one was by far the worst truck I've ever driven.

Because of our 20 foot trailer breaking down my wife had to turn in our trailer and had a 1 year old and 2 dogs in the car. The guys at the return location were extremely helpful and made it very easy for her to turn it in.

I did the drop off by cell phone. When I picked up the truck, it was completely on E (I have photos to back this up with the exact mileage). I dropped it off with 1/8 of a tank. The truck was as clean as when I took possession. However. I was charged $15 for gas and $25 for cleaning. I disputed these charges and have not heard back. It has been one week without any resolution. I will never use U-Haul for any service again.

My very first interaction with the staff was not great -- didn't bother to look up from his ipad to ask me to move my car, just interrupted me while I was trying to ask a question for me to move my car. It wasn't even clear that it was a functioning gas station, nor was customer parking denoted anywhere. I almost left when moving my car, but decided I needed an answer to my question, so I stayed. When I approached him again, he tried to fill in the blanks for me, and he was completely wrong about my needs-- so he should definitely refrain from assuming he knows what people need and instead just ask them while making eye contact. Again, I understand busy-ness, but I will not understand treating people like they don't matter. They need to do better. Fast forward to picking up my truck -- it was not stated anywhere what the location was for key pickup in the online checkin. I had to call Uhaul customer support to find out. The store signage is terrible, and they need to remember that even when they're busy, people need to be treated respectfully.

I originally selected Zoom Towing in Moore Oklahoma to return the trailer, as your site indicated it was open on Sunday. They are out of business and you scheduling group admitted that a former employee had re-activated them. This led to several days of frustration and time spend on phone calls to get the drop location changed, confirm that it was changed and then confirm today with Broadway DX that the rental was properly processed and returned. I spent approximately 3 hours attempting to resolve this situation which was/is unacceptable. This is not Broadway DX's fault. They are an upstanding dealer location. The very fact that Zoom towing was in your system and selectable by me as a drop location is a frustrating failure on U-Haul's part.

Trailer was not at the pick up location at the time it was booked for. Had to drive across town to a further location to pick it up. They had said everything was set up for it; however when I got to the second location it took hours to rebook everything. Upon reaching my destination I had “24 hour” drop off. However no one answered the phone for the facility or the UHaul help line. The website would “timeout” every time I logged in, and the help chat was a 58 min wait. I would never recommend you to any one.

3 hours into the drive the back inside tire went flat and no one was willing to fix it until the following Monday so we had to drive the whole way wondering if it would explode and wreck It was a total stressful trip. Need some kind of compensation for all the worry and headaches.
