I am contacting you regarding the referance #34508168. I have been charged an extra $41 for a uhaul car hauler that was picked up and returned on time. There is no explanation of the charge on the email I was sent. I waited 30 on hold to speak to a representative on your call line just to have her kick me back to the 30 min hd after a breif conversation with no warning. Please explain the extra charge. Also I am very displeased with the trailer rental and now your service. You guys rented me the biggest peeling paint and somehow rusty aluminium car hauler i have ever seen. The wiring was bad and needed a feild repair just to get on the road when picked up in Oklahoma. Also the techs that rented it to us almost forgot to tighten the squar knob onto my hitch and was willing to let me go until I reminded him. After the vehicle was loaded the trailer had a flat tire, so i went back to the rental place and they repaired it in a sketchy way and just said good luck. Since this was the only one available and my non running vehicle was on it i was stuck with this terrible trailer. While pulling the trailer I could hardly reach its maximum speed with out it becoming very unstable. I could see excess camber movemnet on the trailer tires while the suspension moved whitch would idicate to me worn wheel bearings and cause the swaying and unstable condition described above. Dispite all that it did make to trip so I was goning to let it go until now with these extra charges. I want them refunded and almost feel like you own me for my inconvenience and sometimes scary ride. I will not use or recommend your company to anyone everagain, and told many of my friends, family and work colleagues how terrible this experience was. There was issues dropping the trailer off too. There was no space at the lot and my only option was to place it after hours in a spot that was marked no parking. I followed up the next week to ensure it got checked it and the uhaul operator was rude also. Just icing on the cake. I have written this whole email while on my second 30in hold and am even madder than before. So I expect action regarding this or may need to contact my attorney. Let a customer know if you don't have dollys. My day was planned around the reservation. Why reserve it online if there is nothing reserved. I had to take time away from my move to go purchase my own dolly because I didn't have enough time to find alternative arrangements. The movers I paid for through U-haul had planned to use the reserved dollys and I had only reserved the movers for 2 hours based on timing around picking up U-haul. Had I known there was no actual reserving the dollys when selecting them online, I could have planned around it. If the place would have called to advise there will be no dollys I could have found another plan without taking time away from my already paid for and booked movers to wait on a dolly while on the clock. The people working didn't seem at all empathetic and the suggestions to problem solve didn't consider the time the movers were already booked, paid, and scheduled for would be lost if more time was taken to go around and find an alternative. A phone call on your side could have reduced the stress of the day and $ spend the day significantly. Very disappointed.Christa H.

This particular location the older man was rude not telling me of any other options as far as re-renting a second day telling me if I didn't have it back by 9:30 I would be charged 250 additional dollars. The problem with the way he talked to me. I then went to customer service and re-rented the truck for another day. I authorize the fee that I was told the price it went through on my credit card and then they charged me a couple extra dollars a separate time for no reason. It's the principle you don't go back a second time and just charge some thing else because you feel like it. As far as the equipment the back lights in the bay didn't work I was unloading at night that was a huge inconvenience. And there was some sort of glitter confetti all over the truck so it apparently wasn't cleaned before I picked it up.Missi W.

The area and the uhaul were great! However, mobile check-in was a hassle resorting in a hour delay on actually using my uhaul! Would recommend going durning open hours to avoid the chaos.Terry W.
I was not informed about the fees to pay for the movers coming to my house or going from the from off to wherever else they were going until the arrived at my house. I thought they just didn't know what the correct fees were. I asked someone at your office to listen to my phone call and point out where on the invoice that was emailed to me that it said anything about these fees and Noone ever followed up. I xould have reserved another company that had already quoted 4 hours for $480.00 if I had known this. Also, my door hinge was broke by the movers because they moved the door back to far. They asked me if I had any tools they could use to take my bed apart. I notified the company that I would need this done prior to the move. I would never recommend this company but will let people know how you do business.Melanie P.

The pick up process using my phone was horrible. Very confusing and very slow. Would have been much better off just walking into the location and doing it. Turning the truck in with no one there to confirm it was disconcerting. Had to leave the hand truck in the back of the vehicle with no way to lock the back of the truck, so someone could steal it and I could get blamed for it.Cyndi C.

The truck either needs alignment or some other maintenance...it was very difficult to keep straight. Also, the mileage rate is ridiculous! If I pay the rental fee and I fill up the tank, I shouldn't be charged that .89 per mile rate! It should be either fill it back up OR charge a fee.CHRISTOPHER C.

For starters. I was assigned one truck but when I opened the lock box a set of keys for a different truck were in there. I was picking the truck up before the business opened so I ended up waiting around for 30 minutes. Fortunately the owner showed up and was very helpful. The other issue was the lock box. I had no clue where it was. All that it said online was in the middle and the code. I ended up looking in the truck and in the front and back of the building before I found the three lock boxes.Jordan G.
