I have a comment about the original pick up location u-haul requested that i change the pick uo location and i said i would if they could add to the uncharged mileage they said they would add 40 miles and they only added 10 so i wound up paying for some miles at the drop off that i shouldnt have.

Shailendrasinh CThe trailer I received had an overhead door that was difficult to raise and lower. At one point in the raising and lowering process, one of the springs released and caused the cable attached to the door to wrap around the axle, preventing the door from being lowered at all. After waiting for three hours (travel time by repairman and actual time to repair), we were finally able to use the trailer and get on the road. It was obvious to the repairman that this overhead door had been "repaired" previously and the "repair" actually caused the spring to fail again. Apparently, U-Haul needs to inspect all repairs and insure that they were done properly so they don't cause problems with future customers.

Noe CThe truck was clean and ran well but the transmission was whining. It was a 2013 truck. And the ball joints rattled like crazy. I was only going fou miles on back roads. So I wasn't worried. This thing would be scary on the highway. Can you imagine losing a balljoint in a box truck at highway speeds?
Derek MI had no chance to meet an employee but I left the U-Haul 12/24/25 around 7:30pm am sure it had to do because of the time and holiday. Thankfully there was a space available to park the U-Haul.

Krista MNeeds better suspension for the items that are riding in the back. Other than that, this truck was amazing. Great on gas and a smooth ride.
Brianna Auhaul had about less than half a tank, Which was 50miles. When picking it up, Had to go to a gas station, Which is not ideal.

Chris TOverall the experience was excellent and stress free. We were communicated with and given good instructions leading up to and throughout the process. The truck storage was clean but the cab of the truck could have been maintained a bit better. The control knob for the headlights was loose and finicky the interior was somewhat dirty. Suitable for the purpose of moving but I would have different expectations if it was a rental car. The drop off process was easy however my CC is still holding two charges days after turn.

Adam MI don't rent very often but the times that I have, the fuel tank would be full. Oddly enough the pick up location was at a gas station which the fuel was $3.19 a gallon. A half mile down the road gasoline was $2.69 This truck had a quarter of tank! Other than that everything else was fine.
Gary WClean all of the vehicle, including seat belts, windshield, and just the little things. Also rented for 4 hours and drove only 7 miles and still was charged for mileage and also for 2 gallons of gas. That seems to there should be a minimum before you charge mileage or gas. I paid almost 60 dollars for about 1 hour of use and my thoughts are that is about double what I should have to pay.

Louella RAlmost 2 months after I returned to the U-haul and paid my bill they sent me a thing stating I still needed to pay them more money and they were sending me to collections because they insisted on continuing to take $300 out of my account every month

Amanda RI think the price is out of line. You advertise how cheap it is but I paid 140.00 for a day and a half. I will search for a different rental company next time.
