I'd like to be contacted by someone. I just had a 15 minute conversation questioning my bill and I was treated very dismissively .the woman at the end of a 15 minute conversation told me that she couldn't help me and I had to contact you Uhaul after wasting my time ..the math does not add up we discussed it at length . The truck smelled really bad like it had been smoked in for a long time. Not cool. I ordered a dolly to move my stuff and it wasnt in the truck when i picked it up at 6:30am. Super disappointed and made for a long day. I used the mobile check in for "convenience" before regular hours so there was no one available to help with the issue. I cant give more than 2 stars because that was a huge deal that greatly impacted the physical demand of my moving experience. The truck smell was rough to handle as well.Michael P.

The U-Haul online check out and return the truck application does not work well and added an extra 30 minutes to the whole process. In the past that took maybe 10 minutes to check out and 5 minutes to return.Terrence D.

Don't allow customers to reserve times before this location opens, because I had to stand in the parking lot for an hour before the location even opened. Also this location had to refund my moving blankets because he only had 4 loose ones. Also the windshield was cracked when I picked it up. Lastly I tried to call uhaul multiple times about this mess up of scheduling and I never got ahold of a person.Chris A.

This is the third time in 2 months that I've rented from this location. It's my go-to place when I need to rent a truck or van. The reason being the superior customer service and professionalism exhibited by the staff. The first time and again this time Shenay was the associate who assisted me. Both times she took care of my needs with knowledge, efficiency and friendliness. Corporate should recruit her for their training videos.RONALDSHERMAN B.

The U-Haul application is a raging car accident. It's the worst, most dysfunctional, un-user friendly application I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to use. Please pull it down and hire competent application developers before you force your customers to pay for torture. Thankfully, the very nice gentleman at the pickup was able to at least ease the pain of pickup. Drop off was like clawing my eyes out my head with an ice cream scoop because this app is HORRIBLE.Robert R.

The employee at this location was wonderful but Ian very upset that I did not receive a discount or anything due to the fact hat I had to wait til noon to pick up my van when I ordered it for 9am! I was told it was a 24/7 pick up and then when the link didn't work I was told it wasn't a 24/7 rental location and to go somewhere else. Only to find out by the store attendant at noon it is!! You customer service phone workers are terrible and were no help!! I had to love without my helpers due to the fact we were 3 hours behind. I have rented many trucks from uhaul and never had any issues or treated this way.Susan J.

Experience was good but after due diligence on my part. It would have been disastrous if I did not know area to drop off as there are very few uhaul drop offs in Blacksburg, Va. and other parents were denied drop off of trucks after moving in students at Va. Tech. Not a good situation!Matthew R.
