I will never use U- haul again at this location. I also don't appreciate this at all. I will tell others about this experience.

ROBERT SMITHDropped off after hours, so didn’t interact with anyone. As far as Uhaul, I don’t think it’s cool to have to pay for the whole 3 days when I only used 2. Other than that, everything worked and there were no problems with truck or tow dolly.

Katherine PooleThe check engine light came on within two miles. The brakes barley moved when I pressed it as hardbas possible. The alignment was so bad that the stirring wheel was far left when driving straight. The truck had no power and I expected it to give out at any time. Actually trying to drive the truck was bone rattling and I sprained both wrists trying to steer the truck and keep it on the road. I was without options since I had movers scheduled. I reported the truck issues immediately to Britt Automotive and they just told me to drive the truck as is and take a chance it breaks down since I had the full coverage insurance. The Downtown U-Haul location was so helpful when I dropped the truck off. She even corrected a $35 extra miles charge added by Britt Automotive. Also, Britt Automotive changed my one way trip from Spartanburg SC to Greenville SC to a round trip back to their Spartanburg location. I've always had exceptional service from U-Haul in the past and I drove the same 26ft size truck from Tampa FL to SC a year ago. THAT true drove like a dream for the entire 10 hour trip.

william quaidOther sites have helped hook up the U-haul trailer. I can do it myself, but if someone had gone out with me, they would have noticed that the wiring harness pigtail was missing and I wouldn't have had to go back in and hunt for someone to help me with that. The staff was very friendly and helpful, though.

GREG BROOKOVERAll of the people I interacted with were fantastic! 10/10. I chose the self service option and that did not go as smoothly as i had hoped. The application and web service was well below average. The data presented to me on the webpage conflicted itself, the prompts errored out often, and for both pick up and drop off I had to rely on the support of the workers.

Pakorn PermpomI used the truck 20.3 miles it had 1/4 tank of gas I didn’t full it up and was billed for 113 miles? Went to the pick up place they said I would have to talk to uhaul. Emailed three times with no response wait on the phone for over 30 minutes to be hung up on then waiting 29 minutes for someone to put a report in and got any email for someone saying I did go 113 miles on a 1/4 tank of gas. Big scam. My neighbors are moving and to them to go with someone else or if they use you to watch everything very very closely. I have never rented a truck and I didn’t know it a scam business

CHRISTINE ROACHI attempted to drop it off after hours via the uhaul app which I had done previously with no issues. The reservation would not link to my app and thus I could not complete the drop off with it so I called customer service. After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes I reach a gentlemen and after I explained my situation he said I will transfer you to the department that can help you. I waited on hold another 20 to 25 minutes and no one picked up. I then hung up and went into the new reservation queue since I had first tried the existing reservation queue. While waiting on hold there I moved the trailer to the back of the lot, took pictures and left remaining on hold. I had been at the location for over 1/2 hour at that point and I had been on the road all day loading and unloading the trailer. Finally after another 15 mins I got a rep on the phone and she helped me but that took another 15 minutes to resolve. If your app is not going to work then you need better after hours options for phone support. I will be doing another move in 45 days and not sure it will be with uhaul.
