blankets were left out, utility dollies were left out. windshield wipers were broken so they couldn't be turned on our would damage the glass. Was charged for having the trick to Sunday when I returned it at 5pm Friday.

Scott LWasn't sure where to park the vehicle. It wasn't an actual Uhaul location, it was a 3rd party car-lot. I might suggest marking a "drop-off location" in the area you prefer all Uhaul returns.

Tiffany CI will never use UHaul again because of the overcharge of $751.14. I put in more gas than I started out with. I have Reservation Receipts that GUARANTEE my price. I did not go over my milage. Penski here I come!
Lisa MI rented the uhaul online so we could pick up first thing in the morning. We had a full crew at our place of business helping load equipment into the uhaul. We arrived at the time given, 9:30am and it took until 10:25am for us to obtain the truck. 55 minutes. They could not locate the key, code, etc. Also, helped other customers in between, while we waited. I had 8 employees on the clock waiting on the truck. Very unprofessional.
Bob BInstall jack on tongue of 2 axle trailers. Too much weight resistance to lift for the average person by themselves. Luckily I had a jack to lift the trailer up!
donald bThe location does not assist you in hooking up the trailer or seeing if the trailer lights work. Very poor customer service.

Monique BI paid to rent the U-haul. Upon bringing it back; I was supposed to get my money back. I was moving into a new place an I really needed my money back. That didn't happen. I will never use U- haul again at this location. I also don't appreciate this at all. I will tell others about this experience.

ROBERT SDropped off after hours, so didn't interact with anyone. As far as Uhaul, I don't think it's cool to have to pay for the whole 3 days when I only used 2. Other than that, everything worked and there were no problems with truck or tow dolly.

Katherine PThe check engine light came on within two miles. The brakes barley moved when I pressed it as hardbas possible. The alignment was so bad that the stirring wheel was far left when driving straight. The truck had no power and I expected it to give out at any time. Actually trying to drive the truck was bone rattling and I sprained both wrists trying to steer the truck and keep it on the road. I was without options since I had movers scheduled. I reported the truck issues immediately to Britt Automotive and they just told me to drive the truck as is and take a chance it breaks down since I had the full coverage insurance. The Downtown U-Haul location was so helpful when I dropped the truck off. She even corrected a $35 extra miles charge added by Britt Automotive. Also, Britt Automotive changed my one way trip from Spartanburg SC to Greenville SC to a round trip back to their Spartanburg location. I've always had exceptional service from U-Haul in the past and I drove the same 26ft size truck from Tampa FL to SC a year ago. THAT true drove like a dream for the entire 10 hour trip.

william qOther sites have helped hook up the U-haul trailer. I can do it myself, but if someone had gone out with me, they would have noticed that the wiring harness pigtail was missing and I wouldn't have had to go back in and hunt for someone to help me with that. The staff was very friendly and helpful, though.

Charles CAbout time I finally got a new trailer. They last time was the old version where the surge brakes didn't work nor did the lights.
GREG BAll of the people I interacted with were fantastic! 10/10. I chose the self service option and that did not go as smoothly as i had hoped. The application and web service was well below average. The data presented to me on the webpage conflicted itself, the prompts errored out often, and for both pick up and drop off I had to rely on the support of the workers.

Steven MTell them to make sure they know were they are dropping off if the rep don't talk clearly and the drop off is not right you have to pay because they put a 1/2 hr.away pay more that's it.
