Absolutely confusing parking... it wasn't clear where exactly to drop off - either on territory or on the road in front of building. Another issue (regardless of branch) - UHaul mobile application during drop off was awful - I couldn't load photo of odometer and fuel level... and spent about 20 minutes there keep trying and thinking what I'm supposed to do... then Googled an advice to use web browser instead, which worked fine. This is not acceptable for the company of your scale.Sergey A.

Higher nicer staff, old man up front was extremely rude. The truck was semi clean, but not sanitized for saftey. In closing, the truck ran ok but the old man with the pony tail up front is why I will never be back....CHRISTOPHER C.

The upload of my drivers license was not smooth and this is the second time there have been delays with the Uhaul site. A staff member in training used her phone and was able to accomplish. However, I am concerned with security issues when someone uses a personal cell phone to scan a government document. In addition, while trying to upload identity documents, another customer came into the office and complained about being charged for fuel. A verbal arguments ensued and the customer walked out of the office. I then received a Uhaul text message instructing me to return the trailer at a different local location. This happens prior and had caused confusion with local Uhaul staff. I mentioned this and showed the text message to the Uhaul trainee. Then the Uhaul representative who had been arguing with the other customer told me he owned the trailer and if I dropped it at the other location I would be charged a recovery fee. I asked him a question and he proceeded to take my contract and ripped it in half and told me he would not rent to me.. I then reiterated my concern with the text message and was finally able to depart with the trailer. Uhaul staff assisted with my hitch and hook-up. Lastly, while the outburst occurred in the office, a Uhaul regional manager was present and offered to take care of the text message issue.JAMES W.

The guy running this uhaul is amazing. The APP is really poorly designed and so is the website. Customer service 1800# rude and unhelpful. The only reason uhaul got my business is because the manager of the uhaul opened up an hour early for me when he saw me struggling with my phone. That man is amazing.CHELSEA R.

The man working with me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was in need of equipment rental and didn't want to address issue with him on his horrible behavior. No human being should ever have to put up with treatment like that . There was other employees as witnesses along with my assistant Mr Noe Arriaga who was also in disbelief of his behavior. I got a phone call prior to my pick up day and time (i reserved a month in advance) stating my truck may not be there at the time i reserved it for. Upon arriving The older gentleman at the counter was rude and took a very long time to go thru the rental process. Also told me i had to have the truck back at 9 am because they had another reservation that couldn't be moved even though my truck wasn't ready for my reservation. When i asked to speak to a manager 3 separate times the manager was not available and out of the office.STEVEN L.

When I got there the reservation had been switched to another location way across town, the guy, whom I say needs a class in customer service, rented me another truck but smaller. The truck I got looked like it had been off roading, mud all along the bottom. Also the guy inside tried to tell me the truck was half full with gas but really was 1/3 full.FREDERICK C.

This location advertises 24 hr return. However, when talking to them, they basically stated that they highly prefer that you return the vehicle at their open hours and even asked me if I could drop the vehicle off at 8 am the next morning rather than return it after hours. Additionally, they then charged me for gas despite our efforts to fill the tank back to the original level. Our party unfortunately did not take a picture of the fuel level in the vehicle upon drop off as the guy checking us in indicated that everything was good to go. However, on our receipt we then saw an additional charge for 4 gallons of gas which we now cannot dispute.NADINE W.

Have a little flexibility, perhaps? I only needed a small truck, but all they had when I arrived (not anyone's fault) was a 27 footer. I used the truck for 1 hour, in order to move one 6' tall potted plant. I put maybe 25 miles on the truck.. Ended up $60. Ouch.TIMOTHY K.
