DINAH BLocation for pickup employees were very nice and pleasant. I always use Breaux Bridge Napa because of the hospitality and kindness. They are an awesome group of people. The truck was very clean, had Bluetooth, and cruise control which was very helpful on my drive. I only have one suggestion, please put diesel engines in the larger trucks, 9 mpg is very poor.

Dottie LGive a location of a reserved truck at the time of reservation. Plans are made based on the preferred location which never works. Example, made hotel reservations near the preferred pickup location, actual location was 20 miles away, in traffic that was over an hour delay.
Keith AI was advised to use the UHaul app and it only made the process harder. None of the clerks helped because they directed us to the app. I sat in their parking lot for an hour and a half, went through 3 different customer service reps and I was finally able to get into my truck. Make the app user friendly. It causes more harm than good.

Kayla LI a very dissapointed thatU Haul failed to keep my one week old reservation , and called me 25 min before pick up to tell me I have to drive 20 mi,es extra just to pick up a truck andthesame to returned Un profesional at best , after so any rentals . Surely there were others whomadefeservations after me . Remember there are other hoices. I will contact the management for an explanation and a discount for additional miles traveled . Luis Mira
luis MGood experience here! Friendly people! My bank does not allow us to use credit card to pay for rentals so I had to pay cash. I haven't received my deposit back because they want to apply it to my credit card that I wasn't allowed to use to rent truck. Not sure why I couldn't get it back in cash! Still waiting!

Marcus CFirst of the individual who dropped the U-Haul and the dolly off wasn't an authorized driver, but he had to drive it because I broke my wrist. Anyhow, he dropped it off on his own and the Breaux Bridge office refunded him $63.46 when in actuality all of the charges were on my card so he should not have gotten the money.

felicia yMy opinion, maybe test drive trucks after getting returned from being rented, truck was clean but had a very bad idle problem and wanted to die at red lights and stop signs, I was good because I only put 8.5 miles on it in 2 days in town move, but the service from employees were outstanding, very nice and professional
nick aVERY INCONVENIENT!!! I contracted to have truck available two miles from my location in Baton Rouge. I was only given the choice to drive 2 hrs to pick up the truck in Breaux Bridge. Not what we contracted!

ULYSSES LThe dolly I ordered online was not provided. The wrapping blankets i ordered online was not provided. I was charged much more just because I picked the truck up on Saturday rather than pick it up on a Friday. What a ripoff by U Haul.

Cheryl WI was charged double the rate of the contract we were given. I tried to dispute in person, but the person claimed to know nothing about the contract even though we had the contract number email and had already checked in and uploaded our info. per their instructions. I tried to use the "chat" link but it didn't work. I tried to email but that link didn't work. I ended up using the "customer service" telephone number which kept me on hold for 30 minutes only to be told I had to be transferred to "customer service" which took another 30 minutes. That person said I should get an email fixing the overcharge and if I didn't, I should call again. Who has hours and hours to go no where!? I want my money back. These people don't know how to do legitimate business or else their business model is to lie and cheat and delay until they exhaust you. Do Not Use U haul!
RONALD LDidn't have requested furniture pads. Some provision should have been made to get them there or notify me in advance. Very inefficient operation. I did it all online and w/ help of UHaul support. But the store seemed clueless about it as they kept asking for information that I had already given to you. Small operation. Best to go to Lafayette.

Kayla JInside of truck cab was full of sticky substance including steering wheel. Inside of box had a bunch of dirt in it. I had to clean it before loading it.

JULIAN SThe insurance coverage not covering overhead damage is lame and should be explained thoroughly before handing over the keys. I was completely unaware of the fact that the insurance didn't cover that until i dropped off the truck and it was explained to me after the fact. Not only that but i had nothing but trouble even getting the truck in the first place. I had 2 different reservations that were pointless bc i had to drive to a third location to even get one. When i showed up to the location i drove over 60 miles to they couldn't even find my reservation. The only positive feedback i will give is that the guy who i dropped the truck off to was duper cool and friendly. Very disappointed otherwise.
