P/U location was changed from O'Connell in Neillsville where the agent spelled my name wrong, wrote my phone number incorrectly, and got the drop off zip code incorrect. As a result, when Uhaul tried to call, they couldn't get me. I happened to call to follow up, and learned I needed to go to Black River Falls to get a trailer. BRB Motors was great, but apparently my DL was also incorrect and tied me to another prior customer, so there was a delay while that was worked out. My patience was tested. BRB was very helpful!

The owner handled my request for a 20 foot truck He was in touch with me may times before I had picked the truck up to make sure that everything would work out great The truck was there and ready for me to use when I got there He was very polite funny and accommodating Out of all the UHauls I use and I use many as I need them for my jobs all over North America this one was by far the best one that I have used Thanks for all your help

It could be open, that would improve it. Returned truck at 4:00pm, location said it was open until 6:00 pm. It was hard to tell if it was really the place to return.

I would recommend this location for a drop off, but likely not a pick up. I did not go inside, as it was closed on Saturday, but the location did not look inviting.
