Eric SI was transferred to this location last minute. The location was closed and had help wanted signs in the window. So everything was over the phone. With this location not having employees or an open business I did not get the moving blankets and moving equipment I paid to reserve. Also not a very easily accessible location for the 26 ft van.

David sThis location tried to charge me three times a much to drop off the transporter and I waited for hours and the roadside assistance never showed up.
Neo PUpon arrival, they could not dispatch us because the Internet was not working. They had to call to another facility to dispatch us. It took an hour from our time of arrival to dispatch us. Also, when we arrived at the house, we noticed right side rear tire had a big cut on the tire. I called immediately and the gentleman told me if it's not losing ear. I'm fine just put duct tape on it. We had to stop every couple hours to check air in the tire, it was very stressful. Travel due to retire damage.
Yuliya BThe vehicle looks like it hasn't been cleaned out in several uses. There was trash and dirt inside the front of the vehicle. There was also no gas when we picked up the truck, it was on 33 miles to empty. That's not a great customer experience to have to stop at a gas station as soon as they pick up a moving truck. We also did not receive our utility dolly we rented, I would say whoever is in charge needs to do a once over before the customer comes to pick up the rental. With the minimal hours the location is open it is impossible to speak to anyone to get any of this cleared up,

MELITA MYour app is among the worst I've ever used. It glitches when your screen rotates, it gets stuck on loading and if you leave the app it submits whatever page you were on against your will. I hope the pictures and everything j submitted were correct because I didn't have a choice in the matter.

Angie F | ReservationThey used recycled pictures of the truck not showing obvious damage i say obvious because stickers were missing. There's no signal at the location it took 30 minutes of walking around to do the check in process.

My pick up location was Buford who gave my guaranteed trailer rental away without notice causing me over an hour an a half round trip out of my way while people were waiting on me to load the trailer. One of the worst customer no service experiences in my life when considering the stress and limited time of the day. You guys should know better. You should do better.
mark jRented 2 utility dollies online with the truck, picked up the truck before business hours per online reservation, dollies were not in the back of the truck. When we returned the truck, the agent was waiting outside and I told him that there was no dollies in the back and I had requested 2. He said he only has one on location in a sarcastic tone of voice. I said well I shouldn't be charged for either since I didn't get them and he shrugged his shoulders and said, well I will see what I can do about it and took the keys from me and went on about his business. No apology, no nothing. Poor business

Chris HThe driver side door didn’t shut properly unless slammed hard, the locations parking lot is tiny and very hard to maneuver through and park in.
JOSHUA AThe location is very convenient to I-85 and on Hwy 53 in Braselton. The negative is there is not adequate internet service to complete the online requirements at that location. It took us a long time waiting on the next screen to load. We had to go home to be on our internet to finish. Then drop the key off in the box. The office was not open to help. There was another customer there very frustrated with online services.

Sabriena SPick up went smoothly, drop off not so much. It was a one way rental to my new city. The drop off location had business hours posted of opening at 9am Monday-Friday. I arrived at 8:45am to make sure the truck was back on time and waited until 9:20am and still they were not open. I would have preferred to return the truck to a person, instead I dropped the keys in the night drop. I thought all was well as I saw the charge process on my card. Until I received a call 12 days later that there were "charges" that could not be processed. The caller left a voicemail as I was at work, stated he could be reached until 3pm and that I should have been contacted prior, I was not. I tried to call back and got no answer and no way to leave a message. Then today mileage charges receipt shows up in my inbox. Would not recommend Braselton mini storage as a rental or return facility based on this experience. Parking lot was also very tiny and barely able to accommodate the 26" truck I was forced to take since my 20" reservation could not be accommodated, even though I reserved the truck 30 days in advance of my move. Overall not a great experience.

carlos mBecause of this location's limited hours, I was forced to use the on-line check out and check in. That experience was awful. The app requires many, many pictures to be sent (head shot, driver's license front and back, pictures of the truck, etc. etc. etc.). I had very poor cell reception (AT&T network) at this location and could not get the pictures sent. Got message saying Gateway Timed Out. Took over an hour to check out.
JEFFREY EThe overall experience was ok i guess. I used the truck share 24/7 feature and it was a real headache. It took forever to pick up the truckand i ended up having to contact customer service for help to complete the process. I had reserved a truck in Sparta, GA but when I got there to pick it up they didn't have it and no one called to let me know. I called customer service and they found a truck for me but it was more than 30 miles away and much bigger than what I wanted. I took it because I had no choice as I had to be out of the house I was moving from the next day. Uhaul customer service was great about helping me out with things and even extending my time but all in all it was not a good experience for me. I wouldn't recommend the truck share feature to anyone...it wasn't easy to use at all.

EDWARD CWhile the location is great the trailer I rented is an older version and one I would not rent in the future. The main problem is only one side has a way to attach bungee cords or rope to...the other one does not.

PATRICK AMake the pick up process quicker (ours took @ 30 mins). Do not advertise Appliance Hand Trucks, confirm reservation of Appliance Hand Truck, and then not have Appliance Hand Trucks to rent at that location. And NO, a regular hand truck WILL NOT "be alright" when the only reason I rented a truck and an APPLIANCE HAND TRUCK is because I had TWO refrigerators to move. IT WAS NOT A GOOD DAY.

Kenn AIt's a good experience for pickup and drop a rental truck.
Jooyong JI called this loa ruin multiple times and left messages with my name and phone number. Nobody ever called me back. I had to change my drop-off date and wanted to make sure I communicated with them so they know to expect my changed date. But nobody cared to give me a call back. I left about four messages. Their hours of operation are horrible, too.
