Make sure you have the dolly that someone pays for because I payed for a regular dolly and you didn’t have it so I got charged for something I didn’t have!!!!

Nick KCustomer service was terrible the wait was over an hour. The mileage rate was double of what my neighborhood u-haul dealers quoted me (4 of them). The app would not recognize my location, that in conjunction with the long wait at customer service delayed the start of my rental by 2 hours

Mohsan CI wouldn't recommend it on a weekend. I showed up on time but Brandon wasn't there and the office was closed. Luckily a shop owner next door notified Brandon and he showed up 45 minutes later. A nice guy but not a good day, especially since I filled out a request for a trailer online weeks ago yet the closest trailer Uhaul could find for me was 45 minutes away.
