This location really isnt at fault. Its uhaul overall. My original confirmed pickup and drop off and time of reservation was changed. The uhaul truck had maybe 3/8 tank of gas when picked up and we were unable to change the drop off location to the original location and had to drive an extra hour out of our way.William W.
I had a van reserved for 2:30. It was not there. It returned at 3:30. It turned out the person who had the van had it reserved it until 3:30 so it was double booked. I had to wait there until he returned. Then the person there attended to the customers at the fruit stand before checking me out even though they knew how upset I was. I was late to my commitment. I am very upset. I can not believe uhaul double booked a van.Michael H.

I woukdnt recommend Uhaul to my enemy, switch a roo on trucks, then truck filled with roaches..i have videos to post..as welll absolutely most unprofessional call center all 3 ..yeah there is 3 mane sure room to pass the buck... The worse..i ended paying 1700.00$ extra because of nohaulRonald C.

DO NOT go here outside of business hours. You have to go online to do your drop off and UHAUL does NOT tell you this in advance. This location literally has no cell service. It took me over 30 minutes of trying to get my internet to load so I could process the drop off. What kind of place requires that in order to drop off keys but has no network to connect to???Tarynn C.

Online, I was told I could pick up truck at 8 am with a mobile phone app. is I drive out there to pick up truck and go through app and the message says, you are all checked in, go to store when it opens at 9. I have a very busy day of moving and had to drive 2 times to pick up truck which was a waste of my time and my gas! I think if your store doesn't support pick up with mobile app then it shouldn't be an optionJACKSON S.

I told people at pick up the uhaul was not big enough they didn't have anything else and advised me everything would fit well it did not and I had to make more than one trip cause over charging to take place I feel I should not have had to pay extra money and put gas in three times I advised I only wanted to make one trip but was not given the proper equipmentKathy S.

Clean the cab between rentals. Loads of dog hair. Low tire light stayed on. Could not read the odometer for mileage. No one to check me in upon return. Got a Recover Vehicle email the next morning stating that I had not returned the rental even though I returned it over an hour before it was due back.James B.

The biggest issue was the front alignment of the truck was bad enough that I had to hold the steering wheel to the left in order to drive straight. The interior surfaces of the trucks were sticky, it appears there were spills on the seat that were never cleaned.Christopher G.

Nothing....my experience was outstanding. The people are dealt with were very helpful and accommodating. I thought renting a truck would be a deal, but they made it so simple to do and when I did have a problem, they fixed it without any complications and extra cost at all. They were GREAT!David M.
