Samuel HLong story short- I had to rent a second truck; of which did not run properly, check engine light was on, not all the dash board equipment worked properly & the engine seemed to be struggling to get gas to it(which in turn made me use more fuel than necessary). This issue made me an hour late to the men I hired to unload & had an extra 2 hr fee per man to my bill ($400 + tax on top of what I hired for) Needless to say, it was more expensive day than I planned on. I should have taken their quote to begin with and never rented from U-Haul

WILLIAM CYour online check in and check out process is horrific. With all my info already on file it took 20 minutes to check in. When checking out u had to restart the process 4 or 5 times because I was getting back blank screens. Just a horrible process.

Julian RGreat Location and a very nice person to work with. We rent trucks for work and this is the best local place to go.
Paul GGreat customer service and the vehicle was also in good shape. The only problem I encountered was I could not check the vehicle back in online. Since I returned it after hours, I was told to use the online system to electronically return the truck. When I tried to input my location, I kept getting an error message stating that my location could not be determined. My location services was turned on and I even used my girlfriends phone as well and still had the same problem. We followed the instructions to ensure our location was turned on, so there was something wrong with yout online system. Because of the above mentioned, I had to call Uhaul and do my return over the phone, which took an extra 20 minutes being on hold for most of that time waiting. Other than that, everything was great and the rates are reasonable. Thank you

Nayreth RBooked the rental for pick up at 5-8pm & didn’t get approved until 5:46pm the process was very long & drawn out will never choose mobile pick up again. Took & hour out of my allotted time to pick up the rental.

CHRISTOPHER LThe app did not work so I was unable to pick up the van after hours. I would suggest emailing or texting the customer the lock # and combination instead of using the app. Also NO support was available after hours despite calling 800 and chat was horrible.

Freda HCharged additional day when truck was there returned keys first thing in morning when location opened as I did not feel safe leaving in box. Also I did toll by mail with license but yet you also charged me for same toll.

ramona cI have to say as nerve racking as moving in general is, this location was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. My only complaint with uhaul in general was the lack of options for the truck we needed. We had to drive 40 miles out of our way to pick up the truck. But In uhaul’s defense, I reserved the truck a day before pickup.
