The van gets 10 to 18 miles per gallon. I drove 19 miles and was charged 3 gallons. The math doesn’t add up.

Noe II have been raenting Uhauls for my Christmas toys pick ups since 2018. This was such a great experience. It was fast and easy to get the van. The man who helped was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who needs to rent equipment

Jacquelin bWas charged $20 for after hours drop off when using mobile 24/7 option and left key 20 mins after clowning time. Was not aware of fee to drop off key after closing . Feels like fraud
Gabriel PWhen I dropped off the vehicle for check-in, I was told to leave the key and they would look over the van and submit the final charge in about 20 to 30 minutes! Not acceptable! Between the time I left the van, there, and when the van is visually inspected, some damage could occur to it. Who would get the blame? So, I pushed them to inspect it while I was there, so they eventually did, about 5 mins. later. The charges did total to what I was expecting to pay. Not sure if I will rent from them, again!

Rodney SLocation could Block off parking spots for return of rental. This location is in a Costco parking lot and it was difficult to find a parking spot for the return.
Erica RIt took 15 minutes to get me situated before we could leave, which was part of my 4 hours of time. I thought I gave all that information when I made the reservation. Otherwise it was very nice and I’m sure I’ll use this place again.
Jacquelin bMake sure rentals are clean on the outside and inside as well. My van was very dirty, like it had travelled across the country, returned and not washed. Very hard to see damages when outside is so dirty. Disappointed, but it served it’s purpose.

Kiduck KI’ve driven Uhaul’s to transport flowers for my business for the last 15 years. Love these new vans!!!! They’re such a smoother ride than the cargo vans and transported my products smoothly.

ANSHY AI received horrible customer service. The van was dirty. I had added a dolly with my reservation and he refused to give it to me. I’ve rented at other Uhaul’s and this has never happen before. He also over charge me an additional $80 dollars when my estimated charges were at $65. I ended up paying $160.00. Horrible, just horrible.
Claudia SThey charged 2 gallons at $7.50 despite I drove just 5 miles. I have proof of that. Also I have proof of gas gauge at 3/4 when I received the truck. They sent me a bill that was at 7/8. That is unfair. If you need a picture I can send to you.

Bei QThe return process is terrible the customer has to do e everything now. And the pick up was also bad yskimg pictures and doing most of the online paperwork.
Juan GWanted and made a Rez for a pickup. Only a van available. Equipment I was hauling was too tall. Thus why I wanted the pick up. Made it harder to deal with.

Carl Hthe UHUAL app needs to be fixed. I spent 30 minutes trying to upload a picture of the odometer and another 30 minutes trying to get a hold of a UHUAL agent on a busy Saturday afternoon, then they hung up on me. A google search on reddit solved my problem. The browser and the actual uhual website works and uploads pictures. the app is pretty much worthless

JOE AYou charged me the after hour fee without notifying me beforehand. And this place closed at 2pm on Saturday so you sneakily force me to pay that fee. BUT the point is you didn’t tell me in advance!!!!!!!

Oscar EI was unable to check in after hrs because your app would not allow me to send my current location. Therefore I was charged the $20 which could have been avoided That should be fixed.
LARA RMy only suggestion is that if the customer says that the equipment is clean and well maintained, to still take a look. My van could have used a wash. But everything else was great. Customer service and ease of rental was wonderful. Thank you very much.
