heather riggioFelt like my visit was an imposition on their day. Parking lot was all gravel which is very difficult on someone with walking disabilities. Don't like the overall U-Haul change where no paperwork is given. I had nothing given proving I had dropped off the truck - had to wait for them to process and send email.

DANIEL BOSTWe arrived a little over 3 hours late for our trailer pick up since we were driving from 7 hours away. Though the office closed at noon our representative came back in (3pm) to accommodate us and let us pick up the trailer. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty and was very cordial and personable. More than Excellent! Thank You!

erin mears AttigCorporate people were the least accommodating of everyone I delt with I rented in Westminster , then was sent to Fort Collins to pick up, only to be told the day before that I had to go to Louisville Co. to pick up the Truck. after driving 13 hour to get there was less than helpful.
Kelly CrabtreeWe were charged $11.50 for TWO gallons of gas even though we stopped and put gas into the truck to the EXACT same levels as when we picked it up! When I called to ask about the charge, I was told the one person in charge was gone away from the office and would call me back. It’s now the end of day and we received NO return call. I will get my $11.50 BACK! After all the trucks I’ve rented over the years and U-Haul would charge us for gas that was IN the truck? Hellll NO!

Matthew MeizisWas not told that i could only drive 96 miles. Was only told to bring it back to the other location and the time needed and to make sure that it had the same amount of gas. Very unhappy that i was not told about the mileage.
CAROLINA GUIDISHI rented an appliance dolly and the last one was given away an hour before I showed up. When I dropped off UHaul, the open sign was on shop door and the door was locked. The owner then opened the door and stated he is very busy, has three yards to mow and several other things to do, but stated “I’ll check you in”. I felt I was a inconveniencing him…not the best customer service. Also the total charges should be under $210.00 when I add everything up. My bill Is over $250. Other than that, the truck worked great and was clean on the inside. Please have someone contact me about the charges. Thank you!
Brett BollmannFirst thing, nobody called me the day before my reservation to confirm the details of it, as it had said when I made the reservation. My reservation was at 10 and I had to wait on him to get there, as he apparently went to pick up some stuff before I got there. As I was trying to explain to him that I had did everything online, he kept cutting me off. I also had a dolly reserved which he did not have. He also tried to charge me again for my reservation, which I had also paid for already online. I returned the rental back the same night, only having it for 12 hours. I dropped the key in the lock box for after hours. When I got my receipt the next day, he had charged me for 2 rental periods! I called the Uhaul reps and explained to them what had happened, and that I had not turned the rental back late. They got it straightened out. I will never use that location again! That is not how you conduct business.

Janet ZieglerI rented the trailer from my home town store, but had to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. The tie down spots inside the trailer are terrible. Not a good design. Cost of a 1 way trip was more than bringing the trailer back. That makes no sense.

Kevin BameThe pickup was great but I had to drive a little far to get it. My bill for the U-haul was very high due to the mileage from pickup place to the location to move and back. The miles I used during the actual move was less than half the miles actually used during the whole rental

ryan cipkermake better effort to provide prefered pickup destination. Having to travel an hour for pick up is NOT a convenience, especially when making reservation well in advance. Also, providing equipment availability at pick up locations would be helpful when reserving equipment.
