The experience all together was horrible. They didn't have the right key to the truck I was suppose to pick up. I was suppose to drop it off in paragould but they didn't put it down for that so I had to drive it all the way back to kennett. I reserved a truck in paragould that they said they had and ended up not having so that's why I had to go to kennett. They need to do more communication with each other and keep the online updated better.

Hard to find. Address listed isn't correct. They don't answer the phone - it turns into a fax machine number after a few rings. It took us over an hour and 4 stops to ask for directions before we could find it. Very frustrating! Once we found it, we had to drive across town again to pick up the appliance dolly.

I was supposed to be in a 10 foot economy I was comped a 17 foot which took all my money for gas. Which left me broke, the brakes were so bad on the truck it scared my children. I have used Uhaul before and all were good but this time it was awful and scary.
