My initial reservation was at the Outer Loop location and had to be transferred to the New Cut location due to not having the truck reserved for me despite having confirmed the equipment a week in advance. A nice lady transferred the reservation via phone when I arrived to pick up the truck. The gentleman at the New Cut location was not very friendly but quickly took care of us. Not sure I would rent from Uhaul again.
Steve S.Person working the check in did not know how to use the software and had to facetime someone to walk them through the process. It took well over 45 minutes to simply check in. Then, my 15' truck I had reserved had the catalytic converter stolen from it so I was given a 20' truck instead. The 20' truck had damage to the top right rear corner which was noted by the AFM on site, Troy. Upon returning my equipment I was charged for the pre-existing damages.

MARK K.Make it more visible for drivers. As someone who is not a native of this area it was a little difficult to find because it wasn't very easy to spot. Maybe put up a sign that is a little more visible for people dropping off rental equipment.
James A.Have the tank full so the user only puts the amount of fuel they used back into the tank. I overfilled because it was half full upon receipt.
Timothy C.The truck I was given was not great. It sounded bad and I hit a bump in the road and a bunch of alarms went off inside the truck and lights came on in the truck including the ABS and engine but they went off. I also got charged more then what was said on my reservation.

James L.Due to making funeral arrangements, I made an reservation for a Uhaul larger truck. I was given a very small truck. The truck would not defrost in eve sleet and snow storm . The tire light stayed on the entire ordeal. I had to call for roadside assistance to get another tire. I could not use the truck the first day. I could only fit a few large items one at a time. I was charged a $140.00 extra mileage. I want a refund fr my mileage. Please call (502) 813-0313. Please send me a refund. 79. cents a mile. I have never made reservations for a small truck.
Gail P.I had some issues with the pickup location which had nothing to do with the location specifically, now the truck was kinda dirty there was pickles on the driver side floor and ketchup in n the drivers seat. I did wipe the seat and steering wheel down with a wipe and the driver side door and it was pretty nasty… also the back of the truck looked like it had not been swept in a while… besides these few things I was able to do what I needed to do.

Johnny L.First I had to walk behind a building by myself, some guy was digging thru a dumpster to get the truck There was trash in the cab between the seats and in the console that I had to clean out before I could drive The guy that rented me the truck listed the starting mileage at 116 miles less than what was showing (no doubt in a attempt to overcharge me - so I had to go back in and get that straightened out. This means 2 trips behind the building That was an inconvenience. Then I rented it at 6pm and told him twice I need it for 24 hours so when I got where I was going to load I saw the receipt said it had to be back by 6am so I had to call and get that corrected- again an attempt to overcharge. I can't imagine that I will make Uhaul my first choice if I need a truck again! I was not impressed at all. Rebekah Lawrence

The guy In the store was no help at all he told me he didn't know anything about uhauls and he told me I had to get the homeless peoples stuff out of uhaul. Then I was over charged for things I didn't get time I didn't use and it didn't take out of my account until days later which put me in negatives . I was told I'd get a discount for my troubles and that didn't happen either . I will never try this again . This was my worst experience with a business so far.
Talen C.The Uhaul just need a little upgrade. Still have to roll down the windows by hand. The renter rep also need to at least wear some kind of Uhaul shirt or uniform to identify themselves. We was pumping gas & one of the rep just pop up & said he can park the Uhaul for us from here. However, that is kind of scary. What if that rep is not part of Uhaul? We were a little suspicious & hesitating to give him the keys.

Had to go to Preston hwy to get one' My original reservation was for pick up in anchorage, ky…got a text the night before my reservation saying I had to go to New Cut rd! My reservation was for 9am…the place on new cut didn't even open till 10!!! First time uhaul has disappointed me…. But did it in spades! They didn't even do a walk around inspection before I took it…it was filthy inside…didn't do an inspection when I dropped it off!

David Y.Renting the truck in Louisville was not a good experience. A error was made on my reservation at the Bardstown Rd. location. Consequently, I was sent miles away to the New Cut Road location to pick up the truck. The manager at the New Cut Rd location was excellent to work with, but the error should not have occurred.
Ward M.When I picked up the van it was covered on mud inside and I wish I Would have taken a picture because they put a 30 dollar charge on me for a cleaning. I rent uhaul soften and this is my worst experience. I will be looking into different rental servicing next time I need a truck

Jamie W.I had a great experience until I got my receipt through email I told the lady literally three times I DID NOT want to pay for any type of insurance I 1 didn't have the extra money 2 was literally going not even 10 miles all together with this truck. Then I get a $71 receipt for a $45 uhaul like do what?… I will never come here again.

John G.I had a terrible experience. My pick up location was changed 3 times. Then when I went to pick up the truck with 24/7 pickup, I got a note saying it would be hand delivered at 10:00am. My pickup time was supposed to be 8:00am. Then when I called to figure out what was going on, I was told I could go to a 4th location. I had a feeling it was off, so I asked the customer service rep to please call before I drive all the way out there. I'm glad I did. The truck wasn't accessible. 2.5 hours after I was supposed to have the truck, I finally get it. That caused me to be late checking out of the bnb I was staying in, late to check-into the new apartment, and late to get back to the old house where I was moving from. And ontop of that, it was supposed to be a flat fee up to a certain amount of miles, but the reservation ended up being changed at checkout, which ended up costing me more in the end. It's not just the location. It's the brand. Go somewhere else.

Bryan D.I returned the truck early on Sunday morning as the location was near my hotel. There were no personnel available, but the U-Haul website made the return easy - snap lots of pictures, enter mileage and fuel level and drop the ignition key in the after-hours drop.

melissa C.This is the worst type of equipments I've rented, I didn't even get any benefits from renting it BECAUSE this equipment does not go back when its loaded so if you are going straight it's fine as long you don't try to back it up into your garage or any spot. I had to drop the back and I took the car dolly back to the U-Haul dealer after hours of trying to back it up until I saw a sticker says that I can't back up. What a waste
