The place was busy and I was still in and out .great customer service and the guy running the store was friendly and focused on making sure we had everything we needed..Excellent customer service

Thr truck had no gas in it when wr picked it up. The gas light was on we were afraid we wouldn't make it to the gas station. Then we returned it with gas in it and he tried to charge us for the additional 25 miles on the truck upon returning it. We will definitely pick an alternate location to rent on the future.

MOHAMED EI scheduled a mobile pick up for this location because I needed the truck outside of business hours. The morning of I head to the dealer at 8:00 am and i am unable to check in. After being on hold with U-Haul customer service for over an hour it's finally determined the owner did not leave the keys for me to take the truck and i was instructed I'd have to wait until 11 am to retrieve the keys or go to another location which was not close to me at all. I decided to wait and had to reschedule my movers for 11. When i arrived at the dealership the manager lied to me and told me that the truck was brought back late and with a flat tire. When i inquired which truck he pointed to a truck that had been sitting in the lot since we got there at 8 am blatantly lying to my face. We know it was the same truck because we took pictures of it before we left and the license plates matched. I will NOT be using U-Haul again for these inconveniences and poor customer service. There was zero disregard for my time and i was not compensated in an appropriate way for my time or the amount of extra trips i had to take to get back and forth. I will be contacting Custer service again.
Dion SWe rented the uhaul , even though the truck should be retired! Air bag light staying it needed serviced, drivers seat foam and material ripped and falling off, could adjust the seat, gas gauge reading wrong.( we were in a pinch) and couldn't find another available uhaul, or I wouldn't have rented it, completely nasty even steering wheel coating was peeled off. Ugh!

Joel GThe uhaul I rented drove EXTREMELY bumpy like the shocks or springs were out & it made everything worse that I hauled fly around anything I hit any type of big or small bump plus there was something sticky spilled all over the passenger side floorboard. In the past, I have rented much better uhaul trucks but I guess it got the job done. The dealer that I rented from however was very helpful & friendly!! That part was great.

Later that evening I saw the truck only had 1 functional headlight then on top of that the button that controls the lights fell within the dashboard. They really need to clean & do maintenance on their trucks.

Suzanne BThere was one truck on the lot, but it wasn't the one assigned to me in the app. I went inside and asked the clerk about it, and he said it was my truck but I would have to wait on him to help a Boost Mobile customer before he could check me in because she came in before me. I advised him I was already checked in as it shows on the app, which is why I know that the truck outside wasn't mine as it didn't match the ID number. He then handed me the key and said "it's in front of the house." I asked what he meant, and he looked at me like I had 3 heads and said there's a house down the street and it's parked in the driveway. Sure enough, there were two trucks parked at someone's home down the street, and mine just so happened to be blocked into their driveway, so I had to pull into the grass a decent bit to be able to pull out. The cab and the back were trashed. A headlight was out, which was pretty important considering my drop off time was at 11pm. I was charged extra for gas, assuming it's because it wasn't noted properly from the last renter. It was an incredibly horrific experience from start to finish.
Taylor JHad a reservation for 1:30 pm didn't get the truck until 3:30 pm. Someone rented the truck before I did and didn't bring it back on time so I had to wait 2 hours. Totally disrupted my moving plans.

Thomas HI was charged 160 to get the uhaul and the 160 was took off my card. Then I return the truck and was told the computer wouldn't let him refund me the amount I was owed which was 86 something. Then I get on my bank an uhaul is trying to take 68 more bucks an my account is negative right now . So yea I'm pretty pissed that this happened now I have to dispute it because I couldn't get any help or my money back from the store
Dawn RTruck window was cracked. Truck was not cleaned . Smelled like someone just smoked in it . Clothes was left in the front seat . We had to go back to to ask for it to be cleaned. They said oh they just returned it, so they just give it to you as is ??? They did go clean it . Will never rent from that location again . We did rent from a different location the next day .
Teresa SMake sure the paid for items are in the vehicle. I paid for a dolly and it wasn't there. The truck was dirty when I got it, and there was 50 miles to E. NOT a quarter tank. My momma raised me right so I filled the truck and swept it out. The dolly would have been nice, but I didn't have the time to dispute it. Thanks for letting me rent the vehicle, but this wasn't a nice experience.

Scott CThe engine light was on, 1/4 tank gas, no straps or furniture pads in bag, steering column was loose and not level, dirty in back. This truck was in very poor mechanical shape and should not be on the road. Also, even though I did everything online, I was made to wait while the person at Boost Mobile took care of multiple phone customers first.
TAMMY DMy initial reservation was at the Outer Loop location and had to be transferred to the New Cut location due to not having the truck reserved for me despite having confirmed the equipment a week in advance. A nice lady transferred the reservation via phone when I arrived to pick up the truck. The gentleman at the New Cut location was not very friendly but quickly took care of us. Not sure I would rent from Uhaul again.
Steve SPerson working the check in did not know how to use the software and had to facetime someone to walk them through the process. It took well over 45 minutes to simply check in. Then, my 15' truck I had reserved had the catalytic converter stolen from it so I was given a 20' truck instead. The 20' truck had damage to the top right rear corner which was noted by the AFM on site, Troy. Upon returning my equipment I was charged for the pre-existing damages.

MARK KMake it more visible for drivers. As someone who is not a native of this area it was a little difficult to find because it wasn't very easy to spot. Maybe put up a sign that is a little more visible for people dropping off rental equipment.
James AHave the tank full so the user only puts the amount of fuel they used back into the tank. I overfilled because it was half full upon receipt.
Timothy CThe truck I was given was not great. It sounded bad and I hit a bump in the road and a bunch of alarms went off inside the truck and lights came on in the truck including the ABS and engine but they went off. I also got charged more then what was said on my reservation.

James LDue to making funeral arrangements, I made an reservation for a Uhaul larger truck. I was given a very small truck. The truck would not defrost in eve sleet and snow storm . The tire light stayed on the entire ordeal. I had to call for roadside assistance to get another tire. I could not use the truck the first day. I could only fit a few large items one at a time. I was charged a $140.00 extra mileage. I want a refund fr my mileage. Please call (502) 813-0313. Please send me a refund. 79. cents a mile. I have never made reservations for a small truck.
Gail PI had some issues with the pickup location which had nothing to do with the location specifically, now the truck was kinda dirty there was pickles on the driver side floor and ketchup in n the drivers seat. I did wipe the seat and steering wheel down with a wipe and the driver side door and it was pretty nasty… also the back of the truck looked like it had not been swept in a while… besides these few things I was able to do what I needed to do.

William MU-HAUL truck was disgusting. No walk around was done. Also mileage was inaccurate I went under 10 mile radius and manager didn't want to fix their mistake. Very unprofessional. Won't be renting from that particular location ever again.

Johnny LFirst I had to walk behind a building by myself, some guy was digging thru a dumpster to get the truck There was trash in the cab between the seats and in the console that I had to clean out before I could drive The guy that rented me the truck listed the starting mileage at 116 miles less than what was showing (no doubt in a attempt to overcharge me - so I had to go back in and get that straightened out. This means 2 trips behind the building That was an inconvenience. Then I rented it at 6pm and told him twice I need it for 24 hours so when I got where I was going to load I saw the receipt said it had to be back by 6am so I had to call and get that corrected- again an attempt to overcharge. I can't imagine that I will make Uhaul my first choice if I need a truck again! I was not impressed at all. Rebekah Lawrence

Thomas HThere were homeless people sleeping in the back of all the uhaul. The guy In the store was no help at all he told me he didn't know anything about uhauls and he told me I had to get the homeless peoples stuff out of uhaul. Then I was over charged for things I didn't get time I didn't use and it didn't take out of my account until days later which put me in negatives . I was told I'd get a discount for my troubles and that didn't happen either . I will never try this again . This was my worst experience with a business so far.
Talen CThe Uhaul just need a little upgrade. Still have to roll down the windows by hand. The renter rep also need to at least wear some kind of Uhaul shirt or uniform to identify themselves. We was pumping gas & one of the rep just pop up & said he can park the Uhaul for us from here. However, that is kind of scary. What if that rep is not part of Uhaul? We were a little suspicious & hesitating to give him the keys.
